This is ridiculous I ordered food last night and ended up with burnt buffalo chicken sandwiches!!! Then they remade them and they was even worse I’ll be coming too get a full refund for the issues they caused with my girlfriend such a joke of a night team!

Deliveries are priority, not carry outs. It took them more than 1hr to make our pizzas

What happened to customer service? I placed an order through their app for delivery because I am busy at work. I get a call and voicemail stating my order will take longer because they have a big priority order. I understand how that is but I call back and explain I will wait for my order because I need to eat and need it delivered. After being told my order would be an hour and a half wait, I ask if there would be a compensation for my waiting that long. The lady puts me on hold to ask her manager.

Then the manager comes onto the line and continues to explain how she's getting another driver in and my order will now be delivered in 45 minutes, and continues explaining that they don't compensate due to extensive delivery times. I tried explaining to her that when I asked for some compensation for patiently waiting for 1.5 hours that wasn't a big ask, but she goes to cut me off. Now I've lost my patience. You were the ones TELLING me I had to wait for my order and now you want to scold me for ASKING for compensation for a wait THAT long during your LUNCH HOUR! Thanks MACK. Work on your etiquette and you wouldn't be upsetting your repeat customers.

Absolutely terrific team. Went there on a Saturday night. They were busy and very polite.I wish people would treat these people better. Hard workers. Thanks for making a great pizza!!

The last 2 times I've gotten pizza in Helena, it was flat tasting & topping were sparce. The staff was fantastic & always better than Pizza Ranch
