I ordered the scallops. They were horrible! They had a seasoning on them that was gross and overpowering. The beans underneath were worse. It was $50. My daughter ordered the only vegan option. It was plain and gross. It was a tiny bowl of rice.,tiny bowl of beans with weird seasoning, tiny bowl of plain grilled zucchini , and a tiny bowl of something fried and no idea what it was. It was $35. My husband and other daughter order the $125 ribeye. It was very gristly. They need to stop trying to be fancy and make good food. We will not be going back. The waitress was very nice. I can see why there was only us and another table on a busy Saturday night and it's in a nice hotel.

First off, the restaurant was empty. If you're going to offer lunch, advertise it as not a native soul in this town knows you offer lunch. Only dinner. Secondly, the waitress had a little hard time with her English language skills I think. She started off with a nice greeting, we looked at her and realized she still had her zit stickers on her face blemishes which at this level of dining was a big no no. We came here for an elegant/luxe girls lunch to enjoy fine dining. That didn't happen. The waitress said she didn't know what I meant when I asked for what brands of bottled water they serve. I then asked for Pellegrino and she said they had that. I told her no dressing on my salad which I had to clarify three times as she still wasn't getting it. I asked for a side of olive oil and some lemon wedges. She brought me canola oil (which I didn't use) and I asked 3 times for lemon wedges to use as dressing. We ordered an appetizer of bison skewers (raw in the center so we couldn't eat them all) for the table and instead of serving it as an appetizer, it came along with our lunch, which was quite odd. It turns out your staff was trying to hurry us out so they could close up and go home. They all looked terribly bored and clearly didn't want to be there. By 1:30 we were asked to leave as we were told by our waitress that the staff needed to go home. That was ridiculous!! The four locals won't ever return to Fieldings. Shame on you and your poor service! Food was just serviceable and only ok.

We were skeptical as we have been to other Holiday Brunch (not at Fielding's) that were over priced and not great food. This was wonderful ! The Jazz band was great as they were not too loud you couldn't talk ! Food was really good - buffet with meat carving and omelet stations which was good. The desserts were ok- not exceptional but that's ok - we were pretty full. Our server was attentive and really nice. We were a table of 6 and all of us left full and happy.

Well for $85 a plate you would think it could include a mimosa or two! I was duped by the website in making reservations, thinking I had a table at the restaurant, but it was for Easter brunch. It was ridiculous, the only other time I've paid that much to eat was at a fundraiser of some sort, it all seemed so decadent and wasteful. The staff was kind of clueless about the whole thing!

We had a great dinner at Fieldings. The wait staff was wonderful, the food was very creative and delicious, and the chef even came out to talk with us about how we enjoyed the food. Very comfortable booths, good drinks, not too loud. All in all, very enjoyable!

Food was good wish variety was a little better being out of pasta on a Saturday night made no sense. Appetizer selection is very limited. Cost of food seems a bit expensive for the quantity of food received.

David was our server and he was perfect. The food was amazing. Got the bone marrow, deviled eggs and bison skewers. Everything was so delicious and sourced locally. Highly recommend... and just heard they do bottomless mimosas during the week for breakfast.

The food as always was outstanding and the place was jammed. The ever changing menu incorporating some really interesting dishes is what keeps us coming back. The wines they suggested were some of the best we have ever had. We will be back again soon.

First class dining! Sophisticated craft cocktails from the bartender and great service from our server Cara. We shared several small plates which were all innovative and delicious. We especially loved the roasted carrots and lamb kabobs with whipped feta. The cornbread was an amazing sweet treat. There was a nice variety of wines by the glass too.

Super nice place to have a great Saturday breakfast. The U shaped booths are super comfortable. Good was great and their specialty coffee was a treat. Cannot wait to try a dinner.

Wish the menu had more options. Incredibly overpriced even for Bozeman. We are local and would visit more often if the prices were fair. We'd rather go to Heist for the service and ambiance for the prices we paid last night. Flank steak was subpar. Chicken was fantastic. Hate leaving a restaurant feeling that way.

My wife and I celebrated our anniversary at Fielding's. I had not been in the Armory Building since I played basketball there in middle school. Obviously, with the transformation into a hotel, there were drastic changes from what I remember, but the nostalgia of walking into that building again brought back a flood of pleasant memories. The new venue just added to those memories. The food and service was excellent, and the ambiance was pleasant. My wife and I had a great time, and will definitely be back in the future!

A few weeks in advance I booked a 7:15 reservation for dinner. We arrived at 7:09 and were placed right next to the chefs. Typically this is a great seat but in this case it was quite unpleasant. Expo manager and cooking staff were arguing, chef was cussing and constantly upset by other staff members, servers were annoyed and displeased as well. They had ran out of two of their main dishes and we were urged to order the second most expensive menu item, the Delmonico. The server gave raving review of the taste and assured we would love it. She heavily upsold us on every little thing and it felt like we couldn't truly explore the menu. It took an hour and 20 minutes to get our food and I was so saddened by what we received. The steaks were cold and partially undercooked, the potatoes had an off taste, and it was missing all of this "flavor" she had preached about. We also ordered a side of brocolini which came out severely burnt. The waitress said they make everything fresh in house yet I saw them unwrapping our precooked cornbread and heating it up, so is this truly made in house? For the $200 bill we walked away with I was extremely disappointed. Many tables who arrived after us were served before us and I felt like making a reservation meant nothing. I was so excited to try this place out but I sadly do not think I will be returning or recommending it to anyone.

Crammed tables, noisy environment, waitress overwhelmed therefore neglected us, small portions, steak not cooked right, overall $300 for 2 people (we had a bottle of wine that was $125) - it was not worth it. First and last time @ Fielding's

Not bad. Our server was so sweet and kindly kept us attended to! I had the Wild Boar- meh...no spices or seasonings and sliced in such a way that it got cold quickly. The black-eyed peas were decent- just as they are when poured from a can, but there was, maybe, 2 tablespoons. Husband had the salmon and loved it- cooked to a delicious crisp on the skin-side.. perfectly seasoned. The sauce was so tangy and sharp- great vinegar flavor! Brussels Sprouts are always great when crispy and theirs were perfect! Wished we'd had more! The cider was great and the IPA solid. Atmosphere was really calm and comfy. Prices are too high, IMHO,
