Regardless of the set menu's (I assume based on seasonal, available, or donated food options) ingredients, the fare is consistently creative and delicious. This restaurant is great. I hope they expand to Kalispell Montana too. When I was at the warming shelter and working too for the club restaurant they allowed me and anyone else to eat for free. Makes a big difference between failing and succeeding.
