The girl that was working 10/3 front counter around 1pm needs to learn customer service skills. This girl was rude and unwilling to give me what I ordered without an attitude and even messed up what I ordered. She also handled my food without gloves and did not separate gluten free and regular items like I asked. Mind you some of this order was gluten free and food was most definitely cross contacted with gluten items, and gross in general because she did not use gloves or utensils. Will not be giving freshies anymore business because on top of the awful customer service the pastries tasted stale.

Grabbed a couple sandwiches to go while passing through town and it was delicious. Worth checking out for some food or coffee. Very large area for seating as well.

I am a regular at freshies but it seems each time I have gone lately the food and the service is getting worse.
I spent $30+ on two sandwiches and two smoothies for me and my toddler. My smoothie was terrible (it’s the same smoothie I always get) and my apple was basically rotten.
my KIDS sandwich had the heel of the bread loaf. It was so tough he couldn’t even bite into it!!
The time before that they didn’t include my apple with my sandwich at all.
I tried to reach out to them via their website and it’s been over a week, I haven’t heard back. I frequent the drive thru at least once a week. But I won’t be going here anymore. Not worth my hard earned money.

I ordered the Salmon Warm Bowl, an Iced Spiced Chai Latte, and the Fruit Cup! Unfortunately, I was unimpressed with the Chai - it was pretty grainy and didn't have a lot of flavor. The Bowl was good and bad! The Salmon was cooked perfectly, but didn't have a lot of flavor. However, I LOVED the pickled carrots and roasted broccoli. The Fruit wasn't bad, just $4.50 for some strawberry and melon chunks - so I could take it or leave it. Will definitely be coming back to give Freshies another try!
My favorite place for a casual treat. Great coffee, substantial breakfast foods as well as pastries, and nice places to sit as well as a play den for kids.

Oh no! I'm a far ranging and open-minded eater, including several weeks delecting a wonderful array of Bahn Mi sandwiches across northern Vietnam. Freshies Bahn Mi was inedible. Full stop. I had to throw it away. So so so so salty, paired with pus-textured tofu and warm flavorless goop sauce. Sparse veg and herb on an untoasted and overwhelming baquette that was - generously - not freshie. Oh no! No no. No. Y'all I was excited for this lunch and it was truly one of only 3-4 meals in my life I couldn't finish because it was, simply put, disgusting. Tiny, tiny sliver shard of pickle on the side was best part. Hopefully they pull this nasty imposter sandwich from the menu so you're not as disappointed as I was.

This place shouldn’t be selling food and I am not sure that they should be open at all. I very rarely write reviews. The staff needs food handling classes before someone gets salmonella. I was handed the Gouda sandwich with little to no cheese and it was weirdly completely cold except the bun which wasn’t even brioche? The “egg” patty was refrigerator cold. “Freshies” is not fresh food, you cannot put microwave food on not stale bread and call it fresh. Highly disappointed. The restaurant was filthy, service was awful and prices are insane for the quality. Also for the love of god please move the customer trash can away from where the food is being prepared at the very least.
