I was HOSPITALIZED from food poisoning here on Valentines Day 2025. I ordered a level 2 spicy ramen with no bamboo at 6:30pm and by 4am I was experiencing violent diarrhea and vomiting that landed me so dehydrated that I required IV fluids in the ER. The hospital said it was likely salmonella or shigella and my temperature was 104 for several days. I lost 15lbs, missed 3 days of work, and didn't couldn't hold down water, food, or medication for 3 days.

Bozeman Hokkaido RAMEN House is a restaurant known for its service and cleanliness, featuring a very chic interior. The menu offers various ramen options, such as spicy, chicken, and pork, which are highly recommended. The spicy ramen level 3 is noted for its smoldering powdery heat, making it a great choice for spice lovers. While some reviews mention concerns about the amount of meat, others praise the thick and rich broth, which evokes a comforting and homey experience reminiscent of rural Japan. The place is considered a good option for those seeking ramen in Bozeman, even though there are mixed opinions on the fried items. The staff is always incredibly polite, and the food prep is lightning fast. There is ample parking space, and it is kid-friendly. Although prices have increased, many customers feel the quality of the food is worth every penny.
