Best Sushi in the Valley!!! Their Thai tea, Thai tea lemonade and Thai coffee are outstanding. We had the rockstar roll and added cream cheese, and the hug kan roll, 15/10! We will be back, thank you!

Incredible food, we love this place. Really miss that daikon radish roll tho. suggestion tho, they should really turn up the music. for a small space you want to feel like others can’t hear your conversation too clearly

Our visit to Hugkan was exceptional! Not only was the fish unbelievably fresh, but what really made our night was Braden, our server. He took such great care of us - warm, attentive, and genuinely kind (He’s a pro for what he does, give him a raise!). We left feeling full, happy, and already planning our next visit!

I grew up on Kauai and moved to Montana some years ago. I have eaten at all of Bozeman’s sushi restaurants many times and this is the sushi restaurant that has left the best impression on me. Sushi is meant to be simple to amplify the quality of the fish, Hugkan does just this. Flavor is fantastic, simple, and reminds me of home. It’s exactly what we needed in a sushi restaurant. Wife had chicken katsu bento box which was great, daughter had various sushi that was literally inedible. Smelled bad and fishy. Wife mentioned it to the server and she shrugged shoulders. In her defense, our daughter said not to worry about it.
