These people gave me the worst tacos I ever had. Didn't even properly warm my corn tortillas, the tacos were falling apart. I threw the entire plate away. 5 guys working on one food truck, no customers. I see why it was empty when I got there. I couldn't even trust that it was real carne asada I threw the plate away.

We’ve always enjoyed the food, especially when we’re having a few pints at Last Best Place Brewery.But today, I put in a to-go order in, while on crutches. I went into my car to make a phone call, and the chefs brought the food out to my car. They had no obligation to do so, but I really really appreciated. Love these guys!

It's really good. I usually just eat tacos from food trucks, which are usually a fair meal to eat. Instead, I got the sweet hot for 16.50, and it was a full plate. Beans and rice were average for a food truck. The stovetop portion was delicious. Will go here again.

Worst Mex food I’ve had so far in Bzn. I personally watched them “cook” the sides in the microwave inside the food truck, which is exactly what it looked and tasted like (refer to other people’s pics of beans, etc.).Smaller portions per the price compared to other local Mex food trucks. Bean and rice were awful, beef was more like jerky, tough tortillas, etc. Looked nothing like the image on the sign. I’d recommend going to other places in town or run up to Belgrade.

The Blue Taco bus is some of the best Mexican food you’ll find in the Bozeman area. The tacos and quesadillas are so good, and the pickled vegetable toppings that come with your meal really top it off! Highly recommend for anyone who is looking for authentic Jalisco Mexican street food.
