We had a big order for a lunch at the hospital and it was outstanding.Everything was fresh and the order was exactly what we ordered. We had to go thru door dash for delivery but we did talk to the person at Jersey Mikes and they made sure it was right. We will use them again.Thank you. Always great.

Sorry but this last visit was so bad, not to say the others are much better. Im assuming it’s not policy to leave paying/ in-store customers to build up while working on a catering order. Paying customers were leaving because of how long the line had gotten and the fact that it wasn’t moving at all. Whoever the franchise owner of this location is should be embarrassed!! The worst jersey mikes location I’ve ever been to. They are always overwhelmed. Compared to other locations I’ve been to, the owner is nowhere to be found to help the overworked staff. Tiny location for the amount of people in the area, including a large population of college students.

Online ordering is a joke at this location. This is the second time now I’ve ordered online and waited for over 30 min+ beyond the time it said it’d be ready and available. Their system is not organized well at all. Need faster service, just go through the line.

Food is always good, but when I order something, please make sure ALL the ingredients get on the sandwich, and I also think they need to make sandwiches on all size bread.

I have never eaten at Jersey Mike’s before. I had my mini sandwich Mike’s way, and I found it to be very delightful. The cashier did not speak English well so another staff member had to give instructions on how to check my order out. I purchased a sandwich For another person and they did not add the two orders together. They came over to me at my table and asked me to check out the second sandwich. I did tell the cashier when I originally cashed out, but again that’s when I realize she did not speak English very well. Apparently dhe did not understand what I was saying.

My husband went in 5 minutes before they closed at 9 ( I know not ideal but I unfortunately had a pregnancy craving last minute) rudely told him they were closed and wouldn’t serve him. Very poor service especially since we also work in the industry and have to accept people in until the closing Time, pretty unacceptable, will not not be coming back to this one again and we come in pretty often one of our favorite sandwich places.
Great service today from Isamel He treated us like family which was a nice touch after a long day on the road. He was very helpful at helping us decide as this was our first time here. The subs were very reasonably priced and amazing.
