Never can go wrong with Jersey Mikes. Occasionally they’ll make a mistake with my order however they always fix it on the rare occasion it does happen - happy to be a returning customer at this spot

I have never eaten at Jersey Mike’s before. I had my mini sandwich Mike’s way, and I found it to be very delightful. The cashier did not speak English well so another staff member had to give instructions on how to check my order out. I purchased a sandwich For another person and they did not add the two orders together. They came over to me at my table and asked me to check out the second sandwich. I did tell the cashier when I originally cashed out, but again that’s when I realize she did not speak English very well. Apparently dhe did not understand what I was saying.

My husband went in 5 minutes before they closed at 9 ( I know not ideal but I unfortunately had a pregnancy craving last minute) rudely told him they were closed and wouldn’t serve him. Very poor service especially since we also work in the industry and have to accept people in until the closing Time, pretty unacceptable, will not not be coming back to this one again and we come in pretty often one of our favorite sandwich places.

Great service today from Isamel He treated us like family which was a nice touch after a long day on the road. He was very helpful at helping us decide as this was our first time here. The subs were very reasonably priced and amazing.

Great fresh food, Chris did an outstanding job with customer service and made sure I had the perfect sandwiches.
I am disappointed with this place once again we order quiet often from here and we often have long weights that I don't mind dealing with even when there is employees sitting in the lobby talking to a girl ignoring the line piling out the door and the online pick up orders always just ignored it because the food was awesome but tonight I spent 60dollars on food from here for 5 people and 2 of the 5 were next to par no ranch on a Chicken Bacon RANCH sandwich or bowl? I can't sit back and not say anything when this place is slacking.

Don’t waste your time coming to this location. They have brain dead staff. Ordered the club sub, had to remind them it had bacon and mayo then was told the bacon is extra to which I had to point to the board and remind him well it comes with the sandwich. He then had to go and “talk” to his buddies to make sure. Then proceeded to try and ring me up with the additional charge. Huge line and slow dumb workers
