Food was good but I’m not sure who exactly, might have been the manager. Forgot to set out all the items for a combo sandwich, and after asking for our cups, he gives us extra sauce instead. Then after grabbing my cup and chips, he proceeds to recheck my receipt for the chips and gives me attitude about having extra sauce. Nobody is stealing your ranch buddy. It felt like I was being accused for stealing food we paid for??? Anyways, I gave the sauce back since we didn’t want it anyways. I don’t recommend if you want good service.

Ordered a number 8; requested no mustard. Sandwich was drenched in it. Called the store to ask if I can get it remade; the gentleman said he would have to ask a manager. Waited 8 minutes on the phone, & he finally clicked back over when my boyfriend called them. The woman had an attitude when he went in the store to pick it up. Jimmy John’s is NOT subway prices & we both got a giant. Didn’t offer anything for our time or inconvenience. Customer service training NEEDED badly for this location. Will NOT return.

The sandwiches are good, the service is excellent, and the place is clean. My main issue is price, and a somewhat limited list of ingredients. They only have 1 kind of cheese here. Still, kinda nitpicks on a good sandwich joint.

My daughter and I stopped for a late lunch during our motorcycle trip on June 16. Small dine-in area with only 3 tables, but we were very impressed with the 3 gentlemen who were working. All of them were very kind and nice to talk with. Our sandwiches were excellent. Kudos to these three guys working that afternoon!

Ordered a timed delivery for 1215 to 12 30. It's now 1 0m and still not here. I missed my chance for lunch. Never 9rdering from here again

Not Freaky FastI ordered one sandwich for delivery at 1:03pm. I received it at 2:05pm, at the end of my lunch break. Reasonably so, I was irritated and called to ask for a refund. I was told no. I still want that refund.

Garbage. Got a Giant sandwich for $17 , like dang that’s expensive and when I got home realized they had skimped on the meat so hard that it was basically a lettuce and bread sandwich. Made me so hot about it I didn’t even wanna eat the other half even though I was starving. It was pathetic and I couldn’t even see it being made bc their sandwich making aisle was blocked off. Save your time and money and go to Jersey Mike’s on Huffine. That was my initial plan but the road construction was taking too long.

I had the absolute worst experience at this location. The manager was horrible over the phone to me. There was a mix up with the delivery and they had just dropped our food off to a completely different address. The person they dropped it off to called me and said the delivery guy didn’t even confirm the name on the order and just left it at his work. When I tried to ask about getting our food or receiving a refund the manager proceeded to tell me that it was all my fault. His customer service and tone of voice was so disrespectful. When I voiced to the delivery driver that finally brought us our food, he told me I was lying and started arguing with me in my place of work. Two back desk women witnessed him doing this and my manger had to ask him to leave the building. It was the most unprofessional experience I have ever been in. This location needs better management in place to represent them.
