Ordered the fan favorite box which ended up having OLD COLD chicken, there was honey all over the box on the inside, they forgot buiscits, fries were cold and so were the chicken nuggets. Not to mention my boyfriend woke up with food poisoning after that. Are the workers really that bad at their jobs?

The food was meh. My chicken tenders were fairly old. The root beer was luke warm. The lady behind the counter hollered at my little guy for touching the chain beside the register. Stay in your lane. Also, why are you hiding the mustard behind the counter?

The food is what you’d expect, and I appreciate that. What confuses me are the following: 1. Why does this store specifically close early almost once to twice a week? Hold your crew accountable to the hours online or change them. Kinda simple. 2. Can you guys double check orders before sending them out, or is there some policy restricting this to save time? I’m genuinely curious as my order is almost always incorrect. 3. Who is the manager, and how are they A. Either still the manager, or given the support they need to properly fun a fast food restaurant, I don’t want to blame them, as it’s probably more of upper management’s fault, but between poorly trained staff, lack of workers to stay open on a regular schedule, and inconsistent order accuracy.. I’m honestly impressed this store has managed to stay open.

The place was filthy. Almost every table was dirty. Spilled food and what looked like a milkshake on the floor. We got our food and it was cold. Will never go there again.

Unfortunately only the drive thru was open and the line long and didn't move for over 10 minutes. We had to leave and find another option for lunch.
Worst fast food experience I’ve ever had!! It was a steady afternoon and they “ran out” of chicken, had me pull to the front for 30 MINUTES for a 5 piece, meanwhile they served a drive thru of at least 5 cars while waiting for my order. They closed the lobby and tried to get me to go through the drive up to get my order that I waited 30 minutes for. Not to mention, every time I’ve been here, the employees are giggling like school girls and really make it seem like they inconvenience customers on purpose or due to their lack of focus on the job. Completely ridiculous that they tried to “forget” I was waiting, YOU RAN OUT OF CHICKEN, allegedly, but kept serving multiple people besides me….!!!! Easily the worst experience I’ve ever had at a food place, their behavior seemed very intentional because one employee would laugh at the customers trying to enter the dining room after it was closed. Very unprofessional

Hey, it’s KFC. You get what you order in a timely and , fairly affordable, fashion. Nothing bad to say.
Well everytime we said something it was "do you want anything else?" Well after all 5 of us ordered GOOD GREIF! We order a family meal and who was in charge of quality control check? Ehhh..... it was really chewy and hard the chicken, the sides were fine, but totally disappointed, probably should check reviews before dropping 50 bucks on dinner Oh yeah! And we didn't get butter, honey, napkins, or utensils! Lol
