It is my opinion when you employ people and tell them they can expect tips for handing someone a pizza box, you are doing a disservice to both your employees and customers. I have no problem tipping at least 20% when I have received good service, however, ringing up a purchase and handing someone a pre-made box of pizza is not anything I would ever consider tipping someone for. I don't tip cashiers at the gas station, or in the grocery store either, though I mostly use self service, so don't feel singled out. I tip bartenders who mix drinks and provide interesting conversation if you are bored, waitress/waiter for accurately taking my order, bringing the food, refilling drinks, and clearing dishes, and casino attendants for providing snacks, drink refills and change. Those groups of people provide a service, and when they do their jobs well, they earn a nice tip. Had the pizza been delivered, I would have tipped for that as well. Ringing up a pre-made pizza and handing someone a box, and expecting a tip for that? It's the employer's fault, for saving money on hourly wages by expecting the customer to make up the difference, and that's just bad business. Even though it's the emoloyer with the ridiculous expectations from customers, it still doesn't excuse your employee for getting a total attitude with me, obviously for not tipping him, which should illustrate my point. No one is happy in this scenario. Pay a decent hourly wage and stop sacrificing customers, hoping to make up the difference. Train your employees appropriately, so they know not to treat customers rudely, but I can see be the other reviews this is an ongoing issue.
Parking: Parking near the restaurant is never an option. Best you can hope for is not to have to walk across the entire parking lot of the shopping center.

Usually when I come here the food is alright. But getting an order of Italian Cheese Bread that looks like someone rummaged through it isn’t what I was looking forward to.

I've never gotten pizza that looked liked it was stepped on, raw, delivered with worse service. My family will never go back to this store again.

this is the second time I’ve ordered pizza from Little Caesars and gotten the wrong pizzas, shame on me for not opening it up as I walk out the door.
I ordered sausage, mushroom, and onion, and got pepperoni, mushroom and onion
now I can’t even call the store because they don’t answer the phone and the mailbox is full

Absolutely horrendous service. Whether I’ve gotten it from Uber eats or in house, they ALWAYS leave something off the order and then refuse to fix or compensate for it, let alone apologize or even acknowledge it. They blame it on the delivery driver or whoever is working. The manager is rude and doesn’t care about screwing over his customers. This location is the ABSOLUTE WORST and after trying them on three separate occasions, (all 3 got screwed up) NEVER AGAIN. Don’t waste your money, they don’t care anyway. Literally what I got told.

Jon F. is very rude and has absolutely no customer service skills. He slams pizzas and slams the dips on top of the pizza boxes. He was huffing and puffing with every single interaction with a customer, as if to make them feel that they were being an inconvenience while ordering or asking for their order. Disgusting attitude from a young kid that is the face of a corporate establishment that has a reputation to maintain. The experience that you are met with upon walking into this location is enough to spoil any food that is purchased here.

Every time I order from here with door dash, the dasher is Osmailyn (that’s his name) he ends up stealing something from my order.
When I call Caesar’s to get the food I ordered they’re very rude about it or they just don’t answer the phone.
Ordered a deep dish pepperoni.
Got home and opened the box to a half cooked stuck to the bottom of the box glob of dough.
And of course they don't answer the phone.

Typical Little Caesars pizza. What really makes this place special is the staff. I never know if I'm going to be treated with mere indifference, or complete disdain. Has to be among the rudest restaurant staff in the Bozeman area. It is unique to this particular little caesars. Other chain restaurants like Arby's or Five Guys have a friendly staff who are able to articulate thoughts and make eye contact with customers.
To be fair, the pizza is hot and ready. Little Caesars makes no other claim regarding customer service. They did technically meet the requirements of their offering.

Here’s an idea… when you have your business hours posted on Google, stick to those hours and change them if something happens, or at least leave a sign. I went to walk in and the door was locked with no worker in sight. I had to double check to make sure they were open, and sure enough, I went at about 2:00 and they didn’t close until 7:00. Thankfully, there’s a McDonald’s next to them, so I went there. Do better, seriously.

There is a reason that their slogan is "hot and ready". They certainly are that, but make no further claims.
