I've been here plenty of times for lunch and breakfast. The service is good. I've rarely any issues like having salt when I ordered no salt, but overall, it's good the staff is mostly kind.

I said mayo packets when I ordered at the window bud, to the guy who thought an eye roll was necessary when I asked when I noticed none in my 1 item order, that guy should be given a break if it stresses him out that much to run and grab me one. Pretty rude though cause my days already been rough.

Just left here ... today is the last day I go to this one , I ordered and they asked me to park while they make fresh hashbrowns ... I waited 10 min while the entire drive thru line was able to get their food and leave ... finally the food comes out ... and it's cold ... cold cold .... like it sat in the bag the entire 10 min I was waiting ... $35 order in the trash

My drive-thru mobile order accidentally was switched with another vehicle.
Both of us customers brought our orders in the restaurant to ask for a correction. The young woman at the counter (probably the manager, if she's not she should be!) was very kind and helpful. Fully remade both orders. Top notch customer service!

I went through the drive through and ordered a #5 meal... Which should include a drink and fries. When clarifying the drink, they added another drink, then cancelled the drink, removed the fries and charged me for a full meal. So I paid for what I ordered, a full meal, and received only 6 chicken nuggets.

Worst mcdonalds ive ever been to. Every single time ive ordered theyve messed something up without fail. Last month I went for a late night snack and ordered 3 cookies, i received 1 cookie and 1 pie. Two weeks ago i went to got breakfast, ordered 2 sausage egg and cheese mcmuffins and all of them came without egg and cheese. They asked what sauce i wanted for my chicken nuggets and i said sweet n sour, and they put none in my bag. Now today my total was $18, i handed the girl $12 in cash and asked to pay the rest on my card. And this girl flipped it, so she put in the machine i paid $6 in cash and charged my card $12.

ok so from my experience I'm going to be listing a few reasons why I think you should go to this McDonalds!
1. This McDonalds has nice bathrooms and good seating!
2. So let's say you are craving chicken but want a wrap well McDonald's has both! you can just get any of the Premium McWraps or example you can get the Premium McWrap Chicken & Bacon (Crispy) Premium McWrap Chicken & Bacon (Grilled) Premium McWrap Chicken & Ranch (Crispy) Premium McWrap Chicken & Ranch (Grilled) Premium McWrap Sweet Chili Chicken (Crispy) Premium McWrap Sweet Chili Chicken (Grilled)
3. Let's say you're a picky eater, you can just get the spicy or regular MC chicken with pickles and a soda *small or large* and fries and chicken nugs! *aka's my fav.

Horrible place to get food from order 30$ worth of food so my wife didn’t have to cook we get there we put it as curbside the young girl said we gave your order to someone else we can’t do anything about it they remade it after 20 mins of me standing and getting the manager Trey to help me the employees was playing dropping things we get home I look at my hot and spicy and the chicken wasn’t even in the bun or the wrapper when I walked in a lady had gotten a quarter pounder and it was still very pink

My daughter's and I were passing through Bozeman and decided to stop here. It was 6am and the food already tasted stale. My daughters sausage egg mcmuffin was too hard for her to bite into without a lot of effort. That stuff I can get over. BUT they were blasting rap music all through the lobby. Swear words were not beeped out. I had my 10 and 17 year old daughters with me. I'm not impressed. Very unprofessional! My boss would flip if I was blaring rap music in my store!!! Especially when every other word is the N word
