I’ve been to this location many times with great service, today did not match that experience. First off we were given only our drink and then Jorge closed the window without giving us any food from the order. We then sat there until he opened the window back up and we said we had ordered food. He then flippantly told us that it was after 10:30 so we would have to switch to a burger or something else despite the order being placed at 10:25 (which is within breakfast hours and has been done many times at this location successfully). We then said that we wanted a refund as we were not given the food we ordered and he said we would have to do it on the app. We said that we didn’t know how to do it on the app which he seemed frustrated by but we then gave him our phone to help and he couldn’t do it either:) we eventually got the refund in the traditional way and they shorted us a dollar by not refunding our hash brown so we had to go back in to the store yet again. Overall I understand that food can be unavailable and it’s not a big deal, but Jorge’s attitude was nothing but rude. A simple apology or just basic manners would have made this into a non issue. I will say the rest of the employees that helped us were perfectly friendly.

Went inside to eat. Ordering was easy at the kiosk and food came out fast. The drink dispenser is gone so you have to go up to the counter to ask a crew member for water. But they use an automated drink dispenser that takes 3x as long as it would normally take to get a cup of water. The crew member pushes the drink button and walks away to take care of another task. Probably because they’re short staffed. So I’m stuck staring at my water behind the counter at the auto drink dispenser. Took wayyyy longer than needed. There needs to be napkins available n the dining area.
Overall so annoyed with how inconvenient it was to get basics like water and napkins. There were about 5 guests waiting at the counter for basic items.
I tried to talk to a crew member about it so they could pass it onto a manager. But since they were so short staffed I couldn’t do it in person.

Asked for a dbl cheese burger and a shake. All this automated stuff going on. Watched my shake sit in the despenser while peopled walked by for 5 minutes. My burger sitting on the cart they have getting cold same time. Get my burger its a single. Always order a dbl cause the flavor gets u passed the stale bread. Oh well.

Pretty average McDonalds, generally pretty quick but too expensive and it can get very busy at times, besides most of the employees don't speak english which can make things challenging if something goes wrong. Also not serving lunch until 11 at a fast food restaurant is stupid. Sometimes a man has work at 11 and wants a burger at 10:45 It can be cooked to order and I can wait 5 minutes but cmon, I dont want to eat breakfast nearly an hour from noon. Also the parking lot has a ridiculous number of potholes and the GM should be pushing the landlord to re-pave it

If I was her manager I would give her a raise. She made me happy to be in the drive-thru!
