I was at this Mc Donald's last week with my family. I hardly leave comments on the places I vist, but I have to say that we found the nicest staff and the cleaner Mc Donald's retail ever. Great experience.

Hand guy at window, a $50 bill. He gives me back like $7. Or whatever and change, I say something. And he insists I gave him a twenty... i had just gone to the bank and gotten that money. So i'm certain it was a fifty, guy is a thief. And he's lucky I didn't call the cops on him. Basically spent 40 bucks on what should have been like 10.

I waited over 20 minutes for my food in the drive-thru. The girl working at the window around 8:00 PM didn’t give me a receipt or tell me the total. I ended up going inside to ask for my food, but even then, they didn’t give it to me and just kept me waiting.

The area supervisor told me this morning at the Belgrade location that the ice cream machine had been fixed at the Bozeman location but the employees don't want to do their job and said it still down probably the worst McDonald's I've ever been to

Quick and Easy through the drive thru. I will be ordering here again when I get the chance!
Had 7 cars from drive through that they had park to wait as I waited at the window fpr 5 minutes. Then got told to grab a spot and waited another 20 minutes for 2 items. In total it took 25 minutes from window to food. McDonald’s needs to pay their staff more money so adequate people are hired and available cuz this just isn’t it.

The drivethrough barely spoke English, and combined with the loud noise from the freeway meant that it took me almost 5 minutes just to get my order correct on the screen because I had to keep correcting it. The person in front of me got so frusterated that they just drove off.

I have to say the people that work here at this McDonald’s are the nicest and most efficient employees at any McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. I always like to have my fries well done and I know it’s a pain in the butt and I don’t usually ask when they’re busy, but these employees are so nice that they recognize me in my order and they went ahead and made them that way anyways, the employees been there for years and years and years and I sure appreciate them. They’re always very kind. !

The building is very clean, the staff are wonderful and helpful, and my wait both in the drive-thru and in-store were very short. The one thing I will say is that their chicken nuggets seemed like they’d been re-frozen/undercooked, and I couldn’t eat past one bite. That could have been a day-of issue though, otherwise I highly recommend this location!
