I think the hostess was new. There so many choices of veggies, sliced meats, and even GF noodles. And several sauces. Loved the chefs work so hard. They get your order as you like it.

We went as a party of six and they added a large gratuity to our bill. It was around $20, it seems like a lot for a self-service restaurant. We had already generously tipped the cooks when we found out about the added gratuity .

As far as Mongolian bbq its the worst I've had. They wash away any seasoning you add to your food with way to much water. The noodles are very skinny and have no flavor. Had to get my own refill and they were not busy. Won't be back.
