The food is yummy. But for a place where you bus your own table, pour your own drinks, and eat with plastic utensils, they sure do emphasize the tip at checkout. I think they need to pay the employees better. And clean the tables occasionally. If that means raising the prices, so be it.

Got my wife sick after remaking her food twice after telling them she had a gluten allergy. Informed us after the second time the crispy onions were gluten free then came back halfway through the bowl to say they weren’t. Poor excuse for a restaurant. Good thing they are trained in customer service because they will need every bit of it.

One star — and even that feels generous. We came to Noodles and no one greeted us. Every staff member was busy doing their own thing, so we waited about 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged us. We ended up grabbing the menus ourselves and ordering without any help. Nobody explained anything, so we weren’t even sure what we were getting.
We ordered four pastas, and they brought them out in about 10 minutes. That seemed way too fast. And what we got? Absolute garbage. The pasta was undercooked, hard, chewy, and disgusting. Mine was honestly inedible. Just horrible. My friend’s pasta was just as bad — dry, tasteless, and way too firm.
When I tried to order, I had to walk up to the counter and ask someone to come over, because clearly no one cared if we got served or not. Now it’s no surprise this place is empty — even the people who came in after us left.
Terrible experience. Never coming back.

It must a requirement for the employees to get every order wrong if they want to keep their jobs.
Good food, reasonable price. Improved menu. I eat there about every two weeks. Shrimp makes a good protein addition!

Terrible service, family of 5 came in for dinner but no cashier available to take our order Staff in the back grill made eye contact with us multiple times with no greeting nor acknowledgement - we asked “is anyone working to take our order”, no response from staff.
We left. Went to Super Chix instead.

Walked in for dinner with a group of 4, stood at the register waiting to order, and the several employees behind the counter just stared at each other, not even acknowledging our existence. Very odd and terrible service. I can't recommend due to my experience, especially with so many other restaurants all around in close proximity.

Terrible service, got an email that my order was ready just to wait another 30 minutes in the establishment. Cooks walking in and around the restaurant between the kitchen and dining area. I won’t be back for a long time, the wait isn’t worth the food. Seems the employees do what they want whenever they want instead of helping others get food cooked and served.
