After getting my order wrong and being very specific on my order to begin with and me having to drive back to their restaurant, there were no words at all offered to me in making this right. Nothing. When the order was ready the checkout person tossed it on my table in front if me and walked away. I will NEVER eat here again.

First time here and probably will be the last unfortunately. I ordered the Japanese udon with added chicken and specifically asked about the portion size, i was convinced by the grown man at the counter it would be plenty. With 15% tip I paid $16.50 for this. When it was delivered I couldn’t believe how small it was even the chicken was four tiny square cuts. The portion probably wouldn’t fill a 14 year old child, Im not exaggerating either because the guy at the table next to me started laughing. I’m actually glad I didn’t pay closer to $20 for the larger size, you shouldn’t pay that kind of money and leave hungry.

I use to love this place, but customer service was terrible. They won't take your order as a walk in customer until online orders are done. We stood for 45 mins. without being acknowleged and gave up along with several other customers. People in the restaurants orders were just sitting and getting cold on the ready counter. Absolutely unacceptable!! They needed someone putting to go orders together and someone taking orders. Poor management.😔

Ordered via the web and they didn't even fill the bowl ? I have been here on and off for the last 7 months and last time I was here there was no issue. Today they couldn't even fill the bowl with a simple mac nothing fancy just mac and cheese. I'm sorry but this is not ok. You pay for a regular size and get a small ? What has happened to this place? When I first went here no issues no problems now it's just sad. The girl behind the counter was amazing and very professional 👏. But the food was half full. . I have never had this issue at any noodles and company before. What is the deal ? Please let me know it's very sad. What happened to this place? I understand a off day but half full bowl ? That is un acceptable!!

The food is good when they get it right but that is so rare anymore. They only ever give 5 cheese bread in an order 6 and after the 3rd time I don’t think the joke is funny anymore. And forgetting about any changes to an order- they absolutely won’t do it. That’s a $10.25 salad and it doesn’t even kind of fill the bowl. And my changes were ignored and are every time. Again- by the third time, it’s not funny anymore and I’ll just go to naked noodle.

Worst pasta I have ever had. 65¢ top ramen would’ve been way better.
Pretty terrible, even for a chain restaurant. We tried two different "Asian" style noodle bowls... Both of which were poorly made, one with too much sauce, the other with not enough. Even if executed well, the flavor combinations did not combine well. Portions were not very big for what they cost.
I get it. Its fast food. I don't expect it to be amazing. However, this was BAD. We didn't even bother to finish one the the bowls.
The restaurant was also poorly kept. Dirty. Bathroom lights not working.
Also, Despite dining in, everything is still packaged as to-go. Plastic bowls, forks, etc. Have fun trying to stab overcooked steak strips with a plastic fork.
Would not recommend. Instead, try going to Rice across the parking lot.

I get that its fast food, but this was impressively bad. Super dirty inside, ordered the Pan noodles, they were bone dry/no sauce, zero flavor even with steak added. If you order the shareable potstickers you'll get about 1/2 tsp of soy to dip in.

Food is decent when they get it right which my order is wrong and missing something 75% of the time. They also take forever for having everything prepped in a fridge. I have currently been on this visit put my order in sitting here 25 minutes ago and there was only 2 people ahead of me. And this girl working front counter was more concerned her bf was there and stopped while we were all waiting to go hang with him for a few minutes while we are all sitting and staring. It’s also disgustingly dirty carpets and tables each time I come in. food is decent but service is terrible
