Sourdough
Classic, simple, and satisfying. Too many superlatives to count, so we will just say, this one's the people, pleaser, trust the masses, and you can't go wrong.
Country Rye
We've heard of other bakeries throwing some caraway into white bread and calling it rye.
Pane Pugliese
The pug is an Italian country loaf that is light and airy inside but crackly and crunchy outside. It's a long-fermentation high-hydration recipe that yields a big open crumb structure.
Pain Au Levain
Pronounced lay-van is a traditional French country bread, leavened with our natural starter, a jack-of-all-trades, and it's as good with aromatic cheese as it is peanut butter.
Seeded Levain
A nutty blend of sunflower, sesame, flax, and poppy seeds makes this a satisfying treat.
Baguette
It's long, it's crusty, it's a baguette, and now it's sourdough.
Ciabatta
Leavened with baker's yeast and a 15-hour poolish starter, ciabatta is a light and airy bread with a heavily floured, and durable crust.

This place has the best breakfast burrito I’ve ever had by far, and I’ve had a lot of different breakfast burritos so that’s saying something. I’ve only tried the “kick in the pants” burrito, but I’m sure they are all just as good

No other bakery in town comes close to perfection in these loaves of bread! They are wholesome and delicious. My current favorite is the seeded loaf of sourdough. Look at the beauty!

This is a wonderful bakery with tasty savory and sweet treats! The chili bread was delicious and so were the scones, oatmeal bars and seeded French bread. These marvelous baked goods lasted us two days! The service was excellent. The staff was efficient and friendly. This is a take out only.
