Food was poorly prepared, horridly overcooked, and bland in taste compared to other Panda Express restaurants.

Restaurant was entirely unresponsive to a written request to include extra beef in the 'Broccoli Beef' dish, which I gladly would've paid extra for: Instead, the dish received was 80% broccoli and 20% beef.

A disappointing stain upon the Panada Inn reputation. I would sooner purchase frozen Asian cuisine from a grocery store for ¼ the price.

Only the Pekin Noodle Parlor in Butte, MT is worse.

Most the entrees are consistently empty with few menu choices, and rude staff when you ask them to refill an entree option.

My second time at this place and it was even worse. Doordash orders are killing this place. Delivery orders take priority, and customers just stand in line while they prepare delivery orders. Dine-in customers are left with the scraps.

Portion sizes suck here. Every time I go there is consistently barely any of one of my entrees. The staff isn’t very friendly. Quality of food is good though.

Your employee with all the pins in her hat was very rude when I went in to pickup a $300 catering order. No pleasantries. No help no thank you. She threw the many heavy bags across the counter at me and made me carry all the food in one trip. She was mad that she I did not have a printed confirmation of my order with me. And did not write down my phone numbers or offer any help in how I could confirm the order. Had she asked about the text message I had received earlier telling me the order was ready I would’ve gladly shown her that. No. She was just rude. Also the food was ready before 1045 when I had ordered it for pickup at 11:30. It’ll be cold before we eat it.

Get rid of the blonde manager when you walk in morale is down she is condescending food is inadequate I live two blocks down stopped going in,. Then two month before you had amazing crew everyone was happy and atmosphere was positive.( what happened) not going back until the real crew comes back!!!

I have been going to this panda for years ever since it opened. The past few year there has been a total decline in customer service. Not to be that person, but I shouldn’t be made to feel un-comfortable for even ordering my food. As soon as I walked up to the counter there was a young lady with glasses complaining about the previous people’s order. Everyone had a horrible attitude, and there was no sense of direction. The woman at the cash register Yesi was very rude to me and my boyfriend as well for no reason. The over-all morale of this place is horrible. Definitely wouldn’t recommend :/

Workers were very rude and seemed to hate their job, gave me a lot of attitude for no reason. Girl was smacking her gum while serving and wasn’t kind at all when asked what side we wanted, then proceeded to talk shit about us to her coworker.

I like how friendly the staff is. The manager is always busy working hard, after being here so many times, ive come to know some of them, like miguel. He is very humble and always cooking delicious food. You guys are amazing.

I literally had dead maggots in my rice. Normally this was my go to place but not after this. Come on panda express. This wasn't the first time I've had issues with them since I had door dash many times before. But MAGGOTS??? Occasionally they forget a thing or 2 but maggots??

Normally, Panda Express is fast and reliable, but this location has been the worst experience so far. I waited more than 10 minutes, and most of the menu options were either unavailable or nearly empty. That means you don’t really get the meal as it should be, for example, the beef with broccoli was almost all broccoli with only one piece of meat left. When I pointed this out, the attendant (Mercedes) responded dismissively with, “we do it like that, what’s next.”

I wasn’t expecting excellent service, it’s Panda Express at the end of the day, but her rude attitude made the experience much worse. She seemed like she was in a bad mood and didn’t care at all. It’s situations like this that make you decide not to come back to a place.

Jessie and Sadie were working the late night shift. I rolled in just before closing but they still decided to serve me some great food. They were polite, kind, and extremely efficient at getting me my food. They rocked.
