Online order status tracking wasn't working and never updated status. Went to store a few minutes after it should have been ready and it was just sitting out on the counter, so no idea how long it had been there. Otherwise good experience!

Yes, he could've definitely charge us extra for something so minut, but WE ARE ALL HUMANS and he treated us as such. So because of him, Papa John's has WON me over and will be loyal. I ordered delivery and when the delivery driver dropped off the order the only way I knew that the pizza was there was because I could audibly hear my pizza hit the ground, the soda that I ordered was dropped as well and completely shook it up. No knock on the door nothing
