The pho was light on noodles and beef on my option to have 2 servings of meat. The broth was tasty and flavorful. My better half had the chicken pho which had more meat than my 2 portions of beef selection. Service was attentive and timely. Restaurant had a family friendly atmosphere.

Pretty good pho! Liked that you could pick your veggies so you only got what you liked. The summer rolls (with rice paper) were not good, fell apart easily and poorly made. Service was very nice but took long, facility was very nice though!

Some of the best pho I’ve had! Lots of tender chicken & great broth. Ate here passing through to Glacier National Park & would eat again if in the area.

The Vietnamese food here is delicious! My wife loved her pho and said it was the best she has ever tasted. I loved my cold salad with very tasty grilled shrimp. The spring rolls were also a very tasty treat that we enjoyed with the perfect peanut sauce.

food, environment and service are good, but felt like there's a tiny little too much MSG.

Pho Sai Gon is a fantastic spot for delicious vegan-friendly Vietnamese food! 🌱 I had the vegan pho with extra tofu, and it was absolutely rich, flavorful, and comforting. The portion size was incredibly generous—I could barely make a dent in it, but that just meant I got to take some home to enjoy later. I also appreciated that the menu had several vegan options to choose from. The dining area is modern, bright, and spotless, and the service was warm and attentive. Definitely a place I’ll return to when I’m craving pho done right.

What a great Veitnamese restaurant to find in the middle of Montana. Was traveling across the US back to Seattle when I saw Pho ad on the freeway billboard. The broth was favorable and all the beef slices were thick and fresh.

For a pho place that doesn’t have competition in the region, they exceeded our expectations. It was comparable to pho places in Garland and Houston, TX. They do not skimp on the meat. One meat choice is more than enough. Get the two meat for a hungry teenager.
