Pizza was old and cold. And they only brought one of the two pizzas. When asked about bringing the rest of the order they were.totally indignant about it. Had to.call.three times to get.thru always some call service 1/2 acrosa.the.country! Horrible incompetent customer service

This Pizza Hut is one of the last of its kind. If you grew up on the Land Before Time Pizza Hut commercials from the late 80s and early 90s, this place feels like a perfect throwback to a simpler time. The brick walls, booths and tables, and the old style fireplace all take me straight back to my childhood, when sit down Pizza Huts were everywhere. Now that locations like this are rare, I am genuinely glad this one still exists and that I get to come here and enjoy it. The food is always great too.

Came here with a large group with no notice. The manager, Mike, welcomed us with open arms! He attended our multiple tables continually, delivering food and drinks at an astonishing rate and accuracy. He really made our family gathering special and the hospitality was unmatched by any 5 star restaurant! This is Montana hospitality at its finest. Food was amazing too! The spicy buffalo wings are LEGIT spicy by the way. One of the few establishments that advertise spicy wings that are truly spicy. Can’t say enough great things about Mike and his merry crew!

Lead night shift cook didn't want to give me the order unless I agreed to hand deliver regardless of Doordash app instructions. When I told him I would follow app instructions per my Doordash contract, he followed me to my car, told me I was banned, and filed a harassment report. I contacted Doordash support and haven't gotten an offer in over a week. Good Riddance!

I’m sure most of the negative reviews are from Uber Eats drivers. I haven’t had Pizza Hut in YEARS. We came here tonight purely out of nostalgia and it ended up being a great choice. The staff was incredibly friendly and gave us a good laugh-not to mention the food was better than I remembered. This location just earned a spot on our go-to list!

The workers are very rude at this Pizza Hut…every time I have ever come here they either give me attitude or are just straight up rude. The manager it seems to be also a bit raciest. My boyfriend is Latino and he knows English and was talking to him like he was stupid. I didn’t believe him at first until I came in acting like I didn’t know him and saw for myself. Also for DoorDash (I understand it’s “protocol”) unless you have a huge bag to carry the pizza in, they refuse to give it to you. In which case, when you DoorDash that disturbs your account and makes you look bad. They should not have to do that. They are the ONLY place in Bozeman that requires a bag, MIND YOU DoorDash does not supply you with a bag for it and on DoorDash it’s not a requirement it is a suggestion. I would also like to add that when you don’t have a bag they are VERY rude. For example, when I went there and didn’t have a bag they said, “ you need a bag and if you have anything else to say the manager is right there and you can talk to him” in which case is very reasonable. However, they had a lot of attitude when it was said and after that they completely ignored me. I UNDERSTAND THIS IS A LOT TO READ BUT PLEASE TAKE INTO CONSIDERATION AND READ!!

Stopped in for a bite yesterday and were pleasantly surprised. The staff was warm, welcoming, and truly made us feel appreciated. Our food came out quickly and was excellent. Mike was especially wonderful—not only attentive to us but also kind and respectful toward his team. It’s been decades since we’ve experienced a Pizza Hut like this. Well done!

We stopped here at 9 pm on a Saturday night. The service was excellent. Mike was helping us and made us feel as if we were local. He was very nice and we would recommend this Pizza Hut. The food was perfect too. Strongly recommend!!
