I called to confirm they had a buffet and that kids under 3 ate free, I was told yes by the only male working named “johnathan” (he wasnt wearing a name tag). After driving 20 mins to the location and entered the establishment I was told there wasn’t a buffet and that no one had just called and that he was the only male working. I called again to hear the phone ring and to prove he was lieing to my face

This location need and update. Everytime I order from here the pan pizza is always perfect. I get pizza once a week. My daughter is Autistic and loves it. And we have stopped at numerous ones between Washington State and Florida. Please go show this location some love. They have great deals if you order online and are currently doing great specials on Thursday if you dine in. Update. This Pizza Hut is cleaner than a lot of restaurants in downtown just look up the health code violations. This restaurant has had ZERO violations for 2 or 3 years now. That cannot be said for some of the expensive ones in Main Street. The pizza is always fantastic they have carry out offers for 9.99 when you use their app.

I ordered a pizza online, my driver went to pick up my food and the employee refused to release the pizza to the driver. I called to just inform management and when I asked for management the employee hung up the phone. The second time I called I was transferred to the manager who left me on hold and did not pick up the phone for 6 minutes. As a customer I don’t feel heard and I’m dissatisfied.
