Usually I love this place and don’t complain cause it’s always great customer service and the food is good. This time though the customer service sucked and so did the food. Idk what the lady did but it’s like she scooped multiple scoops of butter and the tiniest pinch of salt on my pretzels. I’m talking my pretzel bites were drowning in butter that wasn’t even fully melted. My husband went back and asked them to melt the butter more or if I can get a new one that was made correctly and they said they couldn’t unless we bought a brand new one. I already spent over $13 for this and was asked to pay more?! Couldn’t even eat it cause it was disgusting.

They were totally sold out on an average Wednesday morning by noon, 2 hours after opening. They had one very small pretzel left and no fresh lemonade. We settled for the pretzel and it wasn't even fully baked, had to throw 3/4 of it away as it was pure dough.

They are breadsticks not pretzels. Pretzels are boiled in baking soda water and then cooked to give them the shiny brown coating pretzels are known for.

The customer service was terrible. The server messed up my son’s order and proceeded to argue with us about it. We went with her version of the order, because we didn’t want to have a big argument. She was one of the rudest servers I’ve ever encountered.

This place is so good- staff is overwhelmed at times but they do a great job- just be patient.
Gave the cashier the only 20.00 and gave me change for a 10,00, she just didn’t not look at the money and said I only gave her a 10.00. Never go there again hate to think they are cheating older people out of their money.

I ordered cheddar cheese with my LARGE pretzel bites and the 17 year old blond girl gave me nacho cheese along with a regular instead of a large (paid for large not regular). Keep in mind she’s done this twice in both times that I’ve been there. She was hardcore flirting with my boyfriend and after she told him nacho was better she gave that to me instead of cheddar. Control your workers and their hormones please. Don’t want it to happen again.

Horrible, the pretzels were doughy and the girl working was snotty and said “thanks for not tipping me” even though I was reaching in my wallet. After that I just walked away while she proceeded to talk to the male in the back.
