Went in for the first time the other day. Food was pretty good, and the price was fair. A couple mistakes on my burrito but no biggie.
This issue was the service. The middle aged woman who helped me has no business in food service (or any customer facing position, for that matter)

We had the absolute worst service here and will never be returning. I work in customer service so I try to give a lot of grace but the staff members on 12/5 were so rude. Even the manager was being rude and short with customers. They rushed us through our order and left us feeling like we couldn’t ask for what we really wanted. My boyfriend’s chicken was raw in his quesadilla. The sign in the store says the food is “served with positivity” but we were greeted with the absolute opposite. Highly DO NOT RECOMMEND eating here, go to chipotle.

The abnormally short guy bald guy with a bad attitude decided to make some very rude comments while I was picking up lunch for my girlfriend. There was nobody in line and he acted like it was the biggest inconvenience that I asked what she wanted over the phone. Going to be spending my money at chipotle from now on.

who ever the highest manager in the back was made the experience horrifying. she was rude, hasty, and bluntly cruel. she wasn’t rude to customers but the employees. if this is the kind of work atmosphere that qdoba is going for she nailed it, but if not she ruined the trip and will not be back. she had brown curly hair and would not recommend anyone talk to her or see her. she’s a real piece of work.

Every time I come in here staff are extremely rude. They all always act like interacting with you the customer is the worst part of their day. Food is always hit or miss. There’re always very stingy with the protein. Tables are always dirty, and disgusting. Not the best QDOBA I’ve ever been to.
