Family member’s flight was delayed, looked online to see what would be open late so I could grab them something fresh. This store says it’s open until midnight.I show up at 1127, not wanting to walk in super last minute. “Open” sign is on. Door says it’s open until 12:00 AM. Doors are all locked. The guy inside motions to me that they’re closed.I’ve got no issue with that, but if your website, Google, and door say you’re open until 12:00 AM, you should be open until 12:00. Even more frustrating, as soon as I showed up and tried to walk in, is when they turned the open sign off and turned off the lights. It really had the appearance of trying to close early and hope nobody showed up. Frustrating and unprofessional to say the least.

Bad vibes at Qdoba today I would never complain about the food endless I got a hair in it. unfortunately today when I went in for my normal Qdoba adventure ordering a taco shell bowl with my partner ordering the a different thing. there taco salad I know where the miscommunication went wrong with her saying taco bowl wich should at least come with the shell which she did not get.I wanted my usual sauce indever and was told I could only get three. My usual sauce endeavor is all the sauce which if you have not tried I recommend with every bite being a different experience. Love the food not very good service today.

Stood in line for over 5 minutes. Not 1 of the 5 people said anything or looked at me. I was the only one in the line. They were busy making to-go orders, which is fine but at least look at the customer and say it’s going to be a minute.

This location is usually very consistent for great service but my most recent I experienced poor service. The signage is a little confusing so after standing in the wrong spot for a couple minutes and employees all looking at me funny, I asked the one standing two feet in front of me if I should get in a different line. This employees let out a huge sigh and explained how they had to finish with their current customer before she could “acknowledge I existed”. Lots of other restaurants to go to where people don’t have to feel like garbage.

I am done trying to eat here. I want to support local business owners, but the wait time is ridiculous. Went in there today 8/10/23 around 1 PM and there were about 10 people in line. That's fine, I get it, it was lunchtime. The problem is while all of us were standing there they were making takeout orders. They are short staffed as it is and should not be doing takeout orders when it's busy. So now you have all these people standing around waiting to get fed while meals are being made and none of it is for anybody in line. SERVICE THE CUSTOMERS THAT MADE THE EFFORT TO COME TO YOUR ESTABLISHMENT!!! After waiting 10 minutes we turned around and left. This was the third time this has happened to me and I won't be back.

Qdoba usually offers a consistent and favorable experience. Last night was totally different. My hardshell brisket tacos were horrible. Very little meat and filings, paid extra for guacamole, the tacos were put together carelessly, and one of the shells was split in two. The manager provided new tacos that were pretty much the same as the first set. Very disappointing.
