First impression, walked in and no one to greet us. Place was empty except for cooks in back. Worker who was front of house worker was sleeping at a table with his head down. Back of house people hollered at him and he jumped up groggy and confused. Different guy behind counter came out to seat us. Sleepy worker sat back down and went back to sleep for remainder of our stay.We ordered the two different dim sum dumplings, the pork dumplings, shrimp/ cheese egg rolls, and the pot stickers. The only thing I ate that was good was the shrimp egg rolls. A different review stated how the food appeared to be from a box from Costco. I agree. They were slimy and came in little foil tins like you would see out of a frozen food box. The food was bland other than being very salty. While I was eating it, I started feeling unwell due to the slimy texture. 2 hours later I still feel bad and feel like I could get sick.While we were waiting for our food, I went to wash my hands and use the restroom. There was a customer in the restroom. She comes out and tells me and server the toilet won’t flush. Him and I go in there, obviously clogged with stool. I just wash my hands and let him figure it out. I come back out to eat food that was delivered. About 10 min later, I went back to actually use restroom since I couldn’t earlier. As I was walking to bathroom, I see same guy exiting the bathroom with a plastic bag and kitchen tongs. It was pretty gross knowing the kitchen utensils were used to remove human waste from the toilet. I used the restroom and the toilet still didn’t flush as he never used a plunger.This place is disgusting all around. If you’re looking for good Asian food, try the Vietnamese restaurant a few blocks away.

Someone complained about slime mold? What a stupid comment. They clearly have never had genuine dim sum before. That is how shu mai always is, and at that, this was some of the best shu mai I ever had!!! I highly recommend you come here instead of the other restaurants in the area as the owner is very kind and cares about the quality of his food and his customers!!!

Dirty place with bad food. Service was slow. Nasty bathrooms, nasty sauce containers, dirty dishes. I noticed other tables with the same problems.
The dim sum was quite delicious but what I appreciated the most was the experience. We had a leisurely lunch, and just ordered two or three items at a time. The guy who waited on us was super friendly and gave great suggestions.

The Beijing Chicken was absolutely amazing!!!! I stayed in Shanghai and the service in this place was very similar to experiences abroad. They are not the standard American service where they act like you are the most important thing in the world but instead it is more genuine. Smiles and waves from the kitchen and respectful and generally happy interactions. It was an amazing for us and we will definitely be back!

Food was good, came out quickly, and staff were friendly. We got the soup dumplings and sesame chicken with broccoli and we added the sesame balls for dessert :) the sesame balls have red bean inside- they’re my favorite.
