The owner Scott really pays attention to all the details. Its a wonderful down to earth yet classy place. Coffee is wonderful as well. He has been open for biz now since summer of 2025 and I wish him much success. He has an interesting formula for his espresso. Talk to him about it, i have never seen another coffee shop prepare espresso like this. See you again...

Rowan Coffee Roasters is the perfect, relaxing spot to study and/or have a coffee date! The coffee beans used are quality (I wish I bought a bag of coffee beans to take home) and their autumn special is perfection. Each cup of joe is made with much attention to detail with the perfect blend of flavor(s). Not to mention to mention, the owners are awesome and sweet people who provide heartfelt customer service! I'm all about a yummy coffee, but this place is next level! You can tell a lot of love and knowledge goes into their craft, and I think the whole point of a coffee shop isn't just to fuel your day but to experience community and enjoy your morning - and wow, my husband and I have felt so welcome by this family owned shop! If you frequent Rockford, Daily, Treeline, Ghost Town, etc, Rowan is a must add to your list!

As a die hard, loyal, long-time chai lover….this was the best chai I have ever had! Add a shot of espresso and your day just instantly brightens. Genuinely nice people with perfect vibes, and a beautifully simple menu with the essentials to start your caffeinated, birds chirping, kinda day. Go. Now. Run!

Such a great addition to this side of town. It’s so nice to have a place with thoughtfully roasted coffee and skillfully prepared matcha! As downtown gets busier and busier, having a gem like this a bit removed from the hustle and parking chaos is so welcome. The vibe is warm and lively, but quiet enough to get work done if you need to and the coffee is as good as it gets 👌🏻

Nicest people and delicious chocolate Croissant. If you like espresso, you gotta try the Cortado! This is the type of small business you will want to support. Don’t forget to check out their merch, handmade wooden coffee spoons, coffee tumbler, and don’t forget to buy a bag of coffee or espresso to go. They do the roasting process all in the back of their store. We stayed and talked for probably 2 hours. They showed us the back room and how the whole process is done along with different types of coffee beans and their history of getting into it. They started in their garage and really know what they’re doing. Beautiful couple.

I know Scott from back in 2022 when I used to work in the coffee industry. I know Scott’s been planning on opening this for a long time and it definitely did not disappoint! Obviously family owned and ran, but the coffee is great! Just don’t ask for cinnamon in your coffee ;)
