We had a wonderful dinner for our guys ski trip to Big Sky catered by Sadie's Catering. It was an absolutely wonderful evening. Sadie and Tara came to our condo with everything for a 5 course meal which was prepared and served to us and we had nothing to do but enjoy ourselves as everything was cleaned and put away after the meal. The Thursday dinner was the perfect start to the weekend. It was warm, thoughtful, and so, so good. Then came the wedding, and the food was on a completely different level. People are still talking about the cheeseboard and charcuterie and the ricotta crostini. The salmon with chimichurri was unreal, and the Brussels with dates and hazelnuts were a crowd favorite.
But honestly, the food is only half of why we love her. Sadie has a presence that stays with you long after the weekend is over. She is one of the kindest and most genuine souls you will ever meet, and she brings this steady calm that you can feel the moment she walks in. During a wedding weekend, when emotions run high and everything moves fast, she somehow slows the world down.
She treated our family like her own, and that meant more to us than we can ever fully express. In the middle of all the excitement and nerves, she became this steady, comforting presence we did not even know we needed. It truly felt like having another parent by our side, someone who cared about our day as much as we did. That kind of heart is rare, and we will carry the memory of her warmth and kindness with us for the rest of our lives.

Not only was the food delicious, but Sadie and her team made everything a breeze. From the tasting to modifying the menus for obscure allergies, the service was outstanding! Last minute, out rehearsal dinner plans fell through and Sadie made a meal for pick up (for 60 people) with only a few weeks notice. If she is available, book her!

Sadie’s catering was 100/10. Not only was her communication above & beyond, her food is to die for. She catered our wedding “reception” in hyalite canyon at a campground for 70 people. We had a full taco bar with queso, salad, chips, cilantro chicken, you name it. Sadie delivered above and beyond what we could have ever asked for. We had a weird request… dinner at a campground right by the water and she crushed it. There was no cellphone service at the campsite and her team was early and amazing. Everyone was raving at the food. Our only disappointment was that everyone ate the queso and we had no leftovers because it was too much of a hit 🤪. Thank you Sadie & team!!
