I feel like the owner should know that half the tables were empty and they told us it was going to be a 15 minute wait. It was ridiculous that they couldn't clear the tables... Because I've made a reservation for later they seated me. I would've left otherwise...
So nice we ate there twice on our first visit to Bozeman. The rolls are imaginative and tasty and the hamachi collar was outstanding. Great sake selection too. The friendly and attentive staff makes Seven truly special. The poke was a bit oily and the udon was light on noodles and protein, but overall our favorite dining experience here.
I love this place! My fiance and I go more often than is like to admit. The service is amazing, the food top notch, love the atmosphere and the managers are genuine down to earth caring individuals.
