This place was cleaner than I have seen it in the last two years. The gentleman working was incredibly friendly and helpful. Machines seemed to be working, and my yogurt wsa delicious. Looks like improvements are being made, which is great to see.

While the food was okay, the cashier was playing games on a laptop. The trash cans were overflowing, some machines were spewing liquid instead of yogurt, and a lot of the toppings were empty.

This is my second time coming here. First time the wrong flavor of frozen yogurt came out of the dispenser but I figured it was just a bad day to come. Second time back it was even worse. Every single surface was absolutely disgusting to the point I didn’t want to sit down. Their selection of topping choices was pretty minimal, and the smoothie I got was 10 dollars and worse than the ones at the Co-Op. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Place is decent at best. The staff is pretty oblivious, usually talking to their friends that visit. Every time I’ve gone, I have gotten asked weird personal questions from whoever is working the register. Don’t know if they’re trained to do that? Always the same flavors which is okay but would be nice if they switched it up a bit. If there was another froyo place in Bozeman, this place would be out of business.

I took my niece here last weekend while she was visiting. We loved it. The decor and bright colors are so inviting. The yogurt and toppings offered were plenty. My little niece wanted every flavor and every topping possible. The staff was very friendly and the pricing was reasonable. The place was very clean and fresh. I will definitely go back.
Everything is dirty. The floors, tables, seats, table legs, walls, trash cans, windows. Absolutely filthy. Will never be back. Horrible customer service with the young girl on her phone the entire time. Needs to be shut down.

Walked in to order, clerk was texting and didn’t say a word to us the whole time. We sat waiting for toppings but it was apparently self-serve. Paid $27 total for three people.Sat down and realized how absolutely DISGUSTING it is in here. Every single surface is filthy and run down. There is no way it’s cleaned regularly. Clerk was on her phone the entire time, nobody else is in here-she should be cleaning, horrible customer service.Two customers came in and checked reviews halfway through pouring yogurt…they left their yogurt on the counter and left. Will never be back, this place is gross and needs to be closed down. I hope we don’t get sick.

went with my mom tonight as she is visiting from out of town, and got extremely sick from the frozen yogurt. We both thought one of the frozen yogurt flavors tasted like spoiled milk and stopped eating it after a few bites. We informed the employees. She later got sick from it when we got home. Staff was nice but this is unacceptable.

Not even close to U Swirl.Upon initial entry, most every surface was dirty or looked to be dirty. When pouring the frozen yogurt there was a lot of melted liquid that came out first.Toppings were minimal, less than half of the toppings containers on the counter had toppings in them (No fruit). The frozen yogurt left a sour aftertaste which was unpleasant.What appeared to be the only employee working was slow to serve us. The employee was distracted, indirect, and quiet. Establishments with good customer service seems to be hard to come by these days, this was not one of those establishments. Will not be returning.
