I’ve been going here since it opened and the food has only improved. Personally I always choose beef but the chicken is great as well. The man that usually helps us is great, service is reasonably quick. I think the Mediterranean food is a welcome addition in an otherwise saturated food type. If you like Mediterranean food, this place slaps. The falafel is also probably my favorite falafel in Bozeman

Came upon this little gem by happenstance right across from our motel in Bozeman in an adorable food truck lot. We got the chicken shawarma plate. The chicken was very moist and flavorful. It went perfectly with the delicious Lebanese salad and the hummus with just the right amount of lemony zing. Great staff and service.

This bus has become one of my go to spots to grab a falafel wrap for lunch. It has fresh hummus in it. Don’t forget to ask for a side of toum; a tasty garlic white sauce! Friendly staff and a healthy Lebanese meal while sitting out on the picnic tables. Give it a try! It’s yummy!

Absolutely love the beef shawarma (5 stars) but the trucks been closed the last 2 times I’ve driven over. Both times were within the hours that it says it is open online, and I don’t see any hours posted on the truck.

Delicious, fresh, and unique! This is one of the only places to get shawarma in the area and they do a great job! The chicken wrap is amazing, full of fresh flavor, and a great value for the cost. The fries are also great, I recommend trying the falafel. The staff are always friendly and take your order promptly. Keep in mind this is a food truck, so seating availability is hit or miss at this food market.

The place is the real deal. Super tasty, good value for the money. I've had Lebanese food in other countries, and the bus holds up to expectations. The food truck plaza is very convenient for bringing your friends or family who all want different things, though I always get shawarma bus 😅

The food is quite tasty, and properly seasoned, but… I have been to this bus countless times, and they have never, ever, not even once, gotten my order right. The only modification I ask for is No Pickles. That’s it! I have been here when it’s busy, and when it is slow. It is always the same. Why WHY are there ALWAYS pickles when I ask for no pickles? And yet, despite angrily picking out pickles from literally every wrap I’ve ever ordered, I do return, countless times.
