The servers are great and the food is amazing. The best Mediterranean flavor Bozeman has had. The only issue is the wait time and orders seem to get really far behind during peak hours.

Spitz is a very good fast casual Greek restaurant with a very young laid back vibe. Their bowls and loaded fries always have fresh ingredients and their sauces are full of favor. The wraps are a large portion and could definitely be split between 2 people or good of a work day lunch left over. They have 2 options for fries regular fries with Greek seasoning and sweet potato fries. Both are good quality for fries for a fast casual restaurant but what sets them apart is the season they use on them. They could are tasty on their own but paired with one of Spitz sauces, they really hit the spot.
If you are looking for a modern vibe and craving good Greek for that is fast. Spitz is a great option for the whole family, casual stop, or a grab and go.
Their service is fast and friendly. If I was to criticize anything about the restaurant it would be the confusion on clearing your table. The trash cans do not have a lot of room for you to do it yourself so I assume the staff does it but still unclear.

Pathetically slow and unprofessional turnaround time for a simple takeout order. Will not drop in to order to go in the future...!!!

Very testy)
Food, service, drinks all 10/10. I got 2 lamb and beef gyros, a serving of fries, and a couple of beers, and baklava and it was all so good. I love their tzatziki sauce, not too sour not too sweet and the right amount of herb and garlic in it. It’s not often you get to enjoy some good Mediterranean food like this in Bozeman or Montana frankly as their Billings store is of the same quality having eaten there as well... there were no leftovers.
Fantastic food, nice selection of drinks, and have had better service here than anywhere in town. They overheard it was my birthday, asked my father who was with us if I had any allergies when he got up to get water and surprised me with a baklava on the house. Worth the wait as they made everything to order and after a couple beers nothing slapped harder than those Gyros and fries. Wings were also 10/10

Service was great, restaurant was clean and decorated ok, and the food was good. I had the OG Gyro with waffle sweet potato fries. The fries were really good, but the gyro was actually a bit dry- even with the side sauce. The quality of the beef and lamb meat was very good. Overall, it was a good experience, but it could be even better.

We stopped here for dinner and were blown away by how good the food was. Everything we got was amazing. The prices were very fair for the quality of food. The atmosphere is great. They seemed a bit understaffed for the number of customers, but the service was still fairly quick.
If you haven't tried Spitz and like Mediterranean food be sure to give it a try!

Food is delicious, friendly staff, great vibes. It's more of a modern take on Mediterranean food, and it's one of the best meals I've had in Bozeman.
