The servers are great and the food is amazing. The best Mediterranean flavor Bozeman has had. The only issue is the wait time and orders seem to get really far behind during peak hours.
Spitz is a very good fast casual Greek restaurant with a very young laid back vibe. Their bowls and loaded fries always have fresh ingredients and their sauces are full of favor. The wraps are a large portion and could definitely be split between 2 people or good of a work day lunch left over. They have 2 options for fries regular fries with Greek seasoning and sweet potato fries. Both are good quality for fries for a fast casual restaurant but what sets them apart is the season...
Food, service, drinks all 10/10. I got 2 lamb and beef gyros, a serving of fries, and a couple of beers, and baklava and it was all so good. I love their tzatziki sauce, not too sour not too sweet and the right amount of herb and garlic in it. It’s not often you get to enjoy some good Mediterranean food like this in Bozeman or Montana frankly as their Billings store is of the same quality having eaten there as well... there were no leftovers.
