The solo male Barista working at the Bozeman location on main street serving me and my wife today was very impatient and rude to us. For how expensive all the drinks are at this place, there is no room for being so rude to paying customers. Also the coffee mug that the drink came in was chipped. This could easily cut your lip.

Love this Starbucks! They even have a fireplace. Staff is friendly. They offer free WiFi and toilets. You can pay cash or card. Tip: buy a filter coffee or tea and get a free refill!

It is a Starbucks and it's consistent with all the others. I would say it is a bummer to orde something and then not get it all the way correct. Clean establishment, clean bathrooms friendly staff and good parking. The line can get long and the entry way seem wonky to navigate through and can get clustered and clogged.
Every single time I come into this Starbucks to get a drink it is always wrong... my drink is extremely simple a matcha blended with strawberry puree and oat milk they always take it upon themselves to just be creative. For example adding cold foam or making it iced. This store needs some serious retraining. A mistake here and there is completely fine I understand we are all human but every single time. No thanks please do some retraining at this store so others dont have to waste money.

Starbucks is my go-to pretty much anywhere I travel, so you know I had to swing by one in Boise.
Solid 4 stars here. Love that the bathrooms are code-free (rare win these days) and the coffee price is actually lower than in Cali — I’ll take that as a little victory.
Cozy vibe inside, great energy from the crew — you can tell they enjoy what they’re doing. But yeah… could tighten up on the cleanliness just a bit.
Couple small tweaks and, boom — you’re easily in 5-star territory. Keep it up, Boise!
