WORST Starbucks experience at this location. I’m not one to write reviews but I am so disappointed by my drive thru visit to this store. On 4/2 around noon I placed my order and the barista was unbelievably rude. Her customer service skills were so lousy she even argued with me about my drink order when I requested my beverage at 180° (I’ve literally never had this request be a problem with any Starbucks I’ve ever been to). She said rudely “so extra hot” and I said “no that’s not warm enough I typically order it at 180°” and she said “okay we’ll just burn your milk” and then I heard another girl on the back start laughing. I feel like I was bullied at Starbucks lol. Needless to say I pulled off and will bring my business to a place where they appreciate their customers. The manager (Jamie) was also rude and unapologetic when I called to place a complaint.
Everyone in my car who witnessed the interaction was appalled at the baristas unprofessional and icky attitude. Do not recommend.

I only come here every once a while to do work or meet people because it’s one of the only few coffee shops in town with evening hours. The lobby has the most inconsistent hours and closes early often. Sometimes, it’s closed for the whole day. No warning whatsoever. This issue has been going for a long time, so it’s not new.

The cashier wrote my drink down to be without coffee when she didn't ask if I wanted it without coffee. I told the batista, Makenzie, re made it for me without fuss or bother and she made it so quickly I am incredibly greatdul to her!!!
I ordered a sweet coffee. But what I got wasn't sweet. ,What the staff told me was to add sugar. ,You should take it back/make it new. Not for me to do it myself. Because that glass is a smoothie.
