Starbucks is my go-to pretty much anywhere I travel, so you know I had to swing by one in Boise.
Solid 4 stars here. Love that the bathrooms are code-free (rare win these days) and the coffee price is actually lower than in Cali — I’ll take that as a little victory.
Cozy vibe inside, great energy from the crew — you can tell they enjoy what they’re doing. But yeah… could tighten up on the cleanliness just a bit.
Couple small tweaks and, boom — you’re easily in 5-star territory. Keep it up, Boise!

I was here working from my laptop for the morning, and bought a coffee when I arrived. Later when I asked for a water they said I needed to buy something with it even though I already bought the coffee earlier?? Just all around rude.

This Starbucks location is definitely one of the bigger ones in town! The service is always quick and friendly, and as a somewhat regular, I love that they address me by name once they know it.
It’s a busy spot, so be prepared to wait a bit — but the staff clearly works hard to get orders out as fast as possible. Their energy and friendliness make it worth the stop!

Went through the drive thru. My drink was half foam and my grilled cheese was not even remotely heated up. Cold. Disappointed
The employees at this location are awesome! They know the regulars and it feels warm and inviting. My drink was soooo good!

WORST Starbucks experience at this location. I’m not one to write reviews but I am so disappointed by my drive thru visit to this store. On 4/2 around noon I placed my order and the barista was unbelievably rude. Her customer service skills were so lousy she even argued with me about my drink order when I requested my beverage at 180° (I’ve literally never had this request be a problem with any Starbucks I’ve ever been to). She said rudely “so extra hot” and I said “no that’s not warm enough I typically order it at 180°” and she said “okay we’ll just burn your milk” and then I heard another girl on the back start laughing. I feel like I was bullied at Starbucks lol. Needless to say I pulled off and will bring my business to a place where they appreciate their customers. The manager (Jamie) was also rude and unapologetic when I called to place a complaint.
Everyone in my car who witnessed the interaction was appalled at the baristas unprofessional and icky attitude. Do not recommend.

I only come here every once a while to do work or meet people because it’s one of the only few coffee shops in town with evening hours. The lobby has the most inconsistent hours and closes early often. Sometimes, it’s closed for the whole day. No warning whatsoever. This issue has been going for a long time, so it’s not new.
