Insanely slow service, often taking 30-45 minutes for a single drink. Now orders are getting made incorrectly, and again it’s just a single drink, no customizations. Paid for a tea latte and got two tea bags in water for $6.

That Lavender Lattte tastes like what I imagine my grandma’s bath water tasted like.Seems like every time I come here something is not right either with my drink, food, service or operations. Today they were out of ice- which was not a big deal- but they did not tell me when ordering an iced beverage- they gave me a warm drink in an iced cup- I would have ordered something else…gross. Now I held up the line even longer because they made me another beverage.

Line doesn’t move super slow I thought they had a timer for how long they are supposed to put out drinks there was 5 people in line it took 15 min for me to get window and didn’t even greet me before I decided to leave. The other Starbucks line actually moves go

Took forever to get order. Order name was not called out and another customer took my order. Customer brought the order back to the counter and staff tried to get me to take the order. I said no. Staff apologized and remade my order.

The good thing about Starbucks is that their flavor and quality of coffee is always consistent. It's a great place to grab coffee and go and know exactly what it's going to taste like.
Horrible drinks! Couldn’t call it coffee. It tasted like water like the staff can’t pull shots or something! Don’t go.

I'm really not a Starbucks person in general but found myself here and I must say I forgot much I appreciate the policy of remaking your drink no questions asked if it's not to taste. I know other places try to replicate this but it's never quite as effective.

Slowest Starbucks but the best lobby I have ever visited. This location gives snow cabin vibes but the entire place was full of people waiting on orders.Management needs to realise when your lobby is full consider priority to lobby patrons over drive through.

Some of the friendliest baristas you will ever meet, but often randomly closed so it's extremely unpleasant to take time and effort to get to this store and not know if they are going to be open. The management needs to increase their competence to the level where they can maintain consistent business hours.
