Very rude employees, not sure if the chick in the hat and green shirt was the manager but wow, I’ve met nicer people on the street. I didn’t understand how the app worked and why the kiosks weren’t set up to scan for stars. Waste of experience that way. I’m also new to redeeming the stars and didn’t understand that a matcha is not a brewed tea. She repeated multiple times that she doesn’t make the rules- great I didn’t ask you to break the rules lol. She certainly did an absolutely terrible job explaining how the app works and what the points can and can’t be redeemed for. I was so confused and she was incredibly weird and rude. I’d save my time and money and go to a legitimate Starbucks with way better trained, kind and professional employees.

We were in Bozeman for couple of days and was coming to this particular Starbucks in safeway every thing was good except i think if iam not wrong it was the manager named Jennifer her attitude was so rude bad and horrible. I don't know she was racist or she didn't like the people of color. Advice to her if you having a bad day don't come to work with stinky attitude as skunk.

Lovely staff, thank you for your patience and helping me choose a beverage since I wasn't familiar with the menu! Right across the street from the bus stop.

The Dark haired lady is friendly but the brown haired fat girl is a racist! She didnt want to help me for 1 and when she handed me my drink and i said thank you she said nothing back when the two white customers before me she told them your welcome and have a great day!
The girl was really nice but somebody needs to train her to make ALL drinks.i ordered a CARAMEL MACCHIATO and i got some chocolate drink. my friend who works at starbucks by home depot told me she used a chocolate malt powder(she tasted it).i spent 6$ on this drink, you’d think i would get at least half of what i asked for.

I'm at Starbucks (dining in) now and the coffee is excellent! I asked for a real mug to drink it from and I got one. Big plus for opening so early. However, the food is below mediocre, sorry to say. The breakfast sandwich was not worth what I paid for it, and the coffee cake crumbled as I tried eating it with a plastic fork on the flattened out bag that it came in. Excellent coffee served in a real mug and subpar food are not a good combination. Please fix this. It shows respect. At least the one who waited on me was nice and courteous.

Just like the show Seinfeld no receipt no service That's how they operate here I had a brand new coffee mug that I want to return she thought or it could have been fraudulent the shift lead seriously this is what her training has brought her attention, a 29 dollar mug yep . Well one might say she's just doing her job , question begs to be asked " is she ? So I won't be back in there at all I will not and do business with them. I will do everything in my power to refer people out of there . earlier . One might think how silly is that , it's not . Business is business right? I returned something earlier granted I had a receipt , work with me here reviewers they all saw me earlier , so we're my intentions to violate Starbucks ? I thank those earlier who assisted me they were awesome and had smiles with a pleasant attitude. . What happened God forbid you have a problem with your coffee and this blonde hair gal ( please not to be offensive at all ) will think twice, maybe three times and run a background check on you. I'm done yet corporate is next , franchise ? even better I'll get hopefully one on one attention maybe, if the owner trained this gal ,, guess what reviewers I'm keeping my bronze 29.00 dollar coffee mug.Boss 56Goo Day

Four employees, one other customer, still took 5 minutes to take my order. Guess a manager leaning up and gossiping is more important than a customerReply to comment: No thanks (Starbucks Owner). Maybe customer service is something to study up before becoming a business owner. We get it.... Always so hard to find employees who'll do all the work for you.
Mari and Mac that work here are just awesome! They hustle when they're are tons of customers and they are always kind. Thank you!
