Ran out of cake pops and I love cake pops
I recently visited a Starbucks, and it was just what I needed. It’s another Starbucks that delivers exactly what you’d expect great coffee, friendly service, and a cozy atmosphere. Nothing special but exactly what you want from a Starbucks. Definitely a reliable spot for a good drink! 🇺🇸
Walked in and ordered our caramel brûlée lattes with oatmilk and no whip with extra topping. Cashier wrote it down and was super helpful. The barista then got our order wrong 3 times. She still gave attitude and slammed our cups on the counter out of annoyance. She forgot our extra caramel brûlée topping and put chestnut praline topping. Manager walked out and laughed at her behavior and asked us not to give a bad review lol

If you want your Starbucks to taste like gas station coffee with spoiled milk, this is the spot! Had no one in front of me, but still took 10 minutes to make a horrible cappuccino. Probably because the employees were barely working. Didn’t know Starbucks could be so bad.

I don’t leave reviews ever but… the guy who was working the counter today was just plain rude to me and the lady behind me it’s simple if you don’t like customer service get a different job. Customers aren’t your punching bag just trying to get coffee without being made to feel bad for doing it.

If you enjoy swatting more Flys then you count while your order taker walks away mid sentence this is the starbucks for you. Side note praise Seth for actually making drinks with a purpose to get people orders done.the rest of the employees that work that shift are

I walked in with 30 minutes to catch the bus, thinking that would be enough time to get a coffee. I got in line with 3 people ahead of me. After 5 minutes one of them left (a dad and 2 kids). 2 separate people came up behind me, waited a few minutes, then left. After 15 minutes, the one barista has only helped one customer (who had 2 drinks), so I left. This location missed out on 4 customers in 15 minutes because they are only staffing one barista when there should be at least 2!

love the caramel ribbon crunch! only bad thing i have to say is that it was a bit difficult for an out of towner to find...some signage would be nice, or something on google to let you know they are in target...maybe thats just me though...

Decaf tasted like chemicals and they used two cups AND a coozy for my order. Environmentally unfortunate.The others in my group liked their caffeinated orders however.
Incredibly rude
2nd time this week they are closed. Inconsistent hours and unreliable for being open. Online their hours show currently open but that’s not the case.
I understand that some of the locations might be understaffed nowadays. But they missed the double espresso shots at first and I tasted by far the worst tasted chi-tea latte.
One of the slowest locations I have been to. Someone leave the new guy alone on his first day? Jesus could grow a coffee bean slower
