UNION BUSTERS!!!

If you want your Starbucks to taste like gas station coffee with spoiled milk, this is the spot! Had no one in front of me, but still took 10 minutes to make a horrible cappuccino. Probably because the employees were barely working. Didn’t know Starbucks could be so bad.

I don’t leave reviews ever but… the guy who was working the counter today was just plain rude to me and the lady behind me it’s simple if you don’t like customer service get a different job. Customers aren’t your punching bag just trying to get coffee without being made to feel bad for doing it.

If you enjoy swatting more Flys then you count while your order taker walks away mid sentence this is the starbucks for you. Side note praise Seth for actually making drinks with a purpose to get people orders done.the rest of the employees that work that shift are

I walked in with 30 minutes to catch the bus, thinking that would be enough time to get a coffee. I got in line with 3 people ahead of me. After 5 minutes one of them left (a dad and 2 kids). 2 separate people came up behind me, waited a few minutes, then left. After 15 minutes, the one barista has only helped one customer (who had 2 drinks), so I left. This location missed out on 4 customers in 15 minutes because they are only staffing one barista when there should be at least 2!

love the caramel ribbon crunch! only bad thing i have to say is that it was a bit difficult for an out of towner to find...some signage would be nice, or something on google to let you know they are in target...maybe thats just me though...

Decaf tasted like chemicals and they used two cups AND a coozy for my order. Environmentally unfortunate.The others in my group liked their caffeinated orders however.

seriously we ordered before about a line of 20 people there was also only 1 person infront of us and they didn't right are order down at all so after about 25 minutes I said something and these to workers in training said we are training so after another 5 minutes I talked to the super sweet manager who made them make are drinks immediately and upgraded the size

2nd time this week they are closed. Inconsistent hours and unreliable for being open. Online their hours show currently open but that’s not the case.

I understand that some of the locations might be understaffed nowadays. But they missed the double espresso shots at first and I tasted by far the worst tasted chi-tea latte.

Amazing staff and always good service but it seems like they run out of bacon Gouda sandwiches every day.. you would think after a week let alone almost a year corporate would allocate more of those to the store. Maybe I’m crazy tho

Came with my daughter to get a cup of coffee 20 min before closing. The girl was very rude and even told us to go away. I am shocked. Never been treated this way anywhere. And the guy behind me turned around and left. And the girl said into our backs - "Go away, find another place!" Insane!!!
