I brought a footlong spicy Italian with triple meat. I was asked if I wanted my bread toasted I said no so he did not toast it. Yet when I sat down at the table the bread was hard and the top was falling apart. I did not raise a fuss about it but if I paid almost $20 for a sub I would at least expect for it to be fresh and not made on old bread. Other than that everything else was okay. I don't know if I'll ever eat there again. In the photo you can see where the tops of the bread have fallen apart and the pieces are on the white paper.
