First time here. It was good, the portion of fries was way too big, kind of wasteful as none of us could finish them all. If you aren’t a really, really big eater, split an order between 2 people. Loved that you can have unlimited sauces. They were all good. Would definitely go again.

Lady that said she was a manager today was very rude! On her phone the entire time while we ordered. She yelled at my daughter for a mistake they made with her order. Charged my daughter’s friend 5.00 more than my daughter when they ordered the same exact thing.Then she said was the only manager that knew what she was doing. Others didn’t even speak English! Little Hispanic girl was sweet but couldn’t speak or understand much English. They need a check on what customer service is. Service-0 Food-4

The staff are very friendly and the service is fast. I think the fries and custard are great, but the chicken seems inconsistent. The first time I went here it tasted great, but it was very oily and made my stomach upset. The second time the chicken was very dry and had no flavor.

This was my first time going to SuperChix and my experience left me super pleased! Delicious juicy and warm chicken tenders, so many uniquely flavorful sauces to try out, varying seasonings to toss your fries in, top tier service bringing your food out. Highly recommend this restaurant and will be coming back :)

It was my first time here, and it won't be my last. Tenders were fantastic. The selection of sauces was great. The Korean BBQ was my favorite. Fried pickles were on point as well as the fries. I got a chocolate custard to finish off the awesome meal, and it was great as well.
Please bring one to the Atlanta area!!!

Policy is important. There are times to prioritize people over policy. I wish superchix could have been more helpful to me in my unique circumstances. Instead of understanding, I interrupted several times with spewed policy. Glad to know never to come.back to superchix with my aging mother who has just been put in a nursing home and wanted a day out with her daughter who lives 7 hours away.

Definitely the best chicken in the valley in my opinion. I get the handbreaded chicken and the custard there is amazing. The fries are small but good.
