New Taco Bell. The lobby was a mess and trash was overflowing. It's getting to be expensive to eat at Taco Bell. One burrito supreme was $6.00 plus. Going limit my visits to Taco Bell locations.

SHORT REVIEW: Served a vegan person beef and neither staff or owner offered a written apology, this location should be out of business and needs thorough evaluation of their practices and respect for customer
As someone having heard of great things for Taco Bell, I took my first ever visit to a Taco Bell with family to have a supper. Being vegetarian we were not very clear what we should order so we asked for assistance and got manager on duty TYSON G to order our food after informing upfront we are purely a vegetarian family to ensure that we are served the right food.
When the food came, they had served beef andI accidentally took a bite of a taco realizing instantaneously there was something weirdly wrong with it and I rushed to confirm and they admitted we were served a beef taco because TYSON “forgot” to replace an order.
What happened here is that the manager himself took the order after confirming clear requirements not only breaching the contract butalso ruining someone’s life long rule sticking to being a vegetarian. For some like the staff there it might not be a big deal and would fix it but not the case. At the time of writing this, for Hindus its the holliest month of lord Shiva in which even non-vegetarian Hindus wont eat meat for the holy month while I who has never in life took meat was served meat and staff had zero regrets apparently.
I was not given owner’s phone number not was provided a written apology by the business owner stating his employee would get a write-up for his mistake - thats it. And I would not get a written apology because their franchise’s policy is not to give any apologies like this to customers. I left in a mentally broken and totally devastated state being an ordinary person whose family left hungry realizing what happened to the man putting food on their table has suffered mental breakage from his rule broken.
I cannot fight a legal case because of jurisdiction issues am just a traveller from Canada visiting US going through a family trip and this happened.
Sorries sometimes cannot fix things. And your behavior should show the respect to person whom you have given a trauma and basically it sounded like you guys had zero regrets with day going with business as usual stance.

My food was not good today. The burrito supreme I received tasted a bit odd. It had a burnt after taste. I have not had this issue in the past, but it was off today.

Waited on someone to take our order for over 7 minutes. No other customers were inside the restaurant.

To start prices are insane, this has to be the most expensive taco bell in the country. The food is inedible which is wild because the bar isn't set very high being a taco bell and all, the flatbread melts were so stale I had to throw away the the bread and eat the chicken with a fork. And the card reader never works so you have to bring cash. All in all if you don't want to grossly overpay for the worst quality Taco Bell food then keep driving.

Was not satisfied at all got overcharged especially when you look on menu online and it give you the right price. Than a manager tells you a different price than I was being charged they charged $1.40 more than I ever paid in the past. When I tryed to explan and show the price. He acted like he didn't care and that I was wrong. Which he look like the general manager I have seen. And when I came in the night before for dinner I saw him and other employees and it took them almost 15 to 20 minutes to get my food. I have no idea why and what the reason was but I have been disappointed in this store for awhile. Because there is time I come in there and my food is wrong food is sometimes when they hand it to me

I rarely leave reviews, but my recent experience at Taco Bell was so baffling I felt obligated to warn others — especially when it comes to their so-called “cinnamon twists.”
I ordered these on a whim, hoping for a light, sweet treat to top off my meal. What I received instead tasted like someone had lightly dusted Styrofoam packing peanuts with cinnamon and then dunked them in a mop bucket full of generic all-purpose cleaner. I’m not exaggerating when I say the flavor was unmistakably chemical — like that overpowering scent you get when a janitor has just finished cleaning a public bathroom, except this time, you’re eating it.
At first bite, the texture is jarringly dry and hollow, like biting into a puffed-up nothing. But it’s the aftertaste that truly haunts you: a bitter, synthetic tang that clings to the back of your throat and reminds you of walking through the cleaning supplies aisle at a hardware store — except now it’s coating your tongue.
I actually double-checked to make sure I hadn’t received a cleaning product by mistake. I asked the employee at the counter if they’d changed the recipe, and they gave me a look that could only be described as, “Yeah, we know.” No refund, no replacement, just a shrug.
Honestly, if I wanted a taste of disinfectant, I could’ve stayed home and licked my kitchen counter after a Clorox wipe-down. Absolutely disgusting. Taco Bell, I don’t know who signed off on this abomination, but please — either change your recipe or relabel the twists as “cinnamon-scented janitor snacks.”
Do better.

The manager needs to be able to respect the customer. I’ll never respect the service I was treated with today

I’m just curious when people order your food do you purposely leave the food sitting out for a solid half hour before it goes out the window because this is the simplest food ever and yet you can’t change out the fries when they go bad and stale?

Terrible staff, the order was already ready and they were not courteous in giving it to me until 10 minutes had passed, and the order was already cold, definitely terrible service and the worst thing was that they were talking among themselves and not serving the customers and delivery people.!!!!
