The driver, “Bridger”, was excellent — I especially enjoyed that his wife appeared to be doing the deliveries on his behalf (is this legal?). For some constructive criticism, they need coach Vigen instilling some discipline in the kitchen, in particular in the CWS department. Single layer meat with aged vegetables is simply not up to the global TB standard customers have come to love. You get better CWS in Thailand. Finally, in terms of value creation, wasting the first 2 years of Taco Dowlers NCAA eligibility without a marketing partnership should be investigated by the BoD as gross negligence. Get that man to be the face of the franchise and get bobcat superfans a deal. He should be doing a drive through promo after every win. We live in the NIL era, take advantage. Go Cats. Go Kats. FTG. Rude and incompetent service on 11/12/25. Small tatted female employee threw my food and my refund at me when i let them know they gave me the wrong items. Told me that I screwed up the rest of the orders in the drivethru. Very disrespectful and unnecessary.
Are you serious? this is my favorite thing yall have and you give me a burnt taco? couldn't have taken a minute or two to make another? because that's not how the taco bell training shows you how to make a cantina chicken taco. not only does this location give absolutely terrible service, the food is equally as poor quality. Train your employees correctly. This is ridiculous. To the manager, your food is the heart of your corporation; if an item is made incorrectly remake it that's common sense. Y'all continue to slack at this location. I hope to never have this issue again, have a blessed evening.

I normally never leave reviews but I’m petty and don’t like being accused of lying. The past three times I’ve ordered the grilled cheese burrito, I’ve asked for no sour cream but each time it was still there. This last time I caught it before I left and asked for them to remake it. They barely slapped the new one together and as I was driving away I heard someone accuse me of lying, so I decided to post picture evidence here and call them out. How hard is it to NOT put something on a burrito? Get it together.

I placed a take out order at 1:27, I then waited 30 minutes watching the drive thru orders come and go and I had to wait until 1:00 to get my order of 1 burrito and 2 drinks, and the entire time I was waiting the manager was nowhere to be seen, until she came up and said “it’s like coming like soon” Me and many of my peers were late to class because of this, and I was extremely dissatisfied with their service

I went in around 10 and didn’t know that the lobby was closed was greeted with “i don’t know if somone let you in here but your not allowed in here past ten” we got our food and was all just thrown in the bag …. Very rude
