Soft food shouldn't be hard to eat.
The chalupas were too hard to eat, and that's the first time in the 20 years I've had then that's happened to me, so it's whatever was or was not done at this location.

I'm biased, I like Taco Bell and I live somewhere in the middle of Montana - the nearest TB is neither near nor on-the-way to a-n-y-t-h-i-n-g.
However because of the the above I choose Taco Bell over other places. The food is good and priced right. This TB is clean, well staffed, and well managed.

Tattoo guy, you suck! I asked you to grab my order on the table in the back while you were grabbing someone else’s order off the table in the back. It’s easy to grab 2 bags at once bro! But instead you want to yell at me in front of everyone that you are helping someone else and I need to wait my turn! I’ve been waiting 25 mins, my orders ready, just spend the 2 seconds and grab it while you’re grabbing hers. But instead you have to be on a power trip, showing me who’s boss. Keep up the good work pal, doing great things in life

They literally always forget an item or make an item wrong. Not kidding, it's 100% of the time my order isn't straight. Request no creamy jalapeno sauce? You're getting the sauce. Order 4 items in the drive thru? You're getting 3 and then have to waste your time driving back around to talk to the window and wait for your missing item. Come on, Taco Bell.

Worst Bell experience ever. Traveling through MT and got a room in Bozeman. Arrived at 1am, so not many choices for food.
I ordered on the app, and headed straight there, which took about ten min. I went to the drive thru and no answer, so I went to the window. The staff member asked what I wanted and seemed very annoyed. I gave him my name and he said my food would be ready shortly. About 5 min later I got a bag and my soda. I tried to thank him but he’d already closed the window.
When I returned to my room, I unwrapped my meal…the cup of nacho cheese was 1/3 full and cold. The chalupa was hard and cold. They didn’t give me a straw or napkins.
I am unimpressed, and looking at the reviews, I see I should have gone to the further location.
