I had ordered by steak well done. I told the waitress before I ordered it. I even told her to buttfly it. Steak comes out med.rare. I asked if we could get it cooked more. No issue and a manger took it out. He set the plate back down and said it's better. He walked away before I could even cut into it...it was medium. I can't see the blood in my plate.
