This is the first time on my trip to Montana that I encountered a Texas roadhouse. What a great place! I live in California and now I have to find them back in my hometown. Great food at great prices, fun atmosphere, great staff. And the ribs… Oh, the ribs.

I'm not normally one to call restaurants and complain but this time I just felt I had to. One of our steaks were supposed to be cooked to medium and instead it was well done. Very well done. Thus it lost almost 3oz off the 8oz steak. This was the first time out of many visits a mistake happened. No big deal.
I decided to call and speak with someone to let them know. I spoke with Lance the owner and let me say, there's a reason why they are always busy. He didn't question me, ask for proof, nothing. I took photos because I just never know these days. I commend Lance and his team for making it right. It's very much appreciated and I will continue to be a repeat customer. It's refreshing to have an owner and manager not question or berate a customer.
