This is the first time on my trip to Montana that I encountered a Texas roadhouse. What a great place! I live in California and now I have to find them back in my hometown. Great food at great prices, fun atmosphere, great staff. And the ribs… Oh, the ribs.
I'm not normally one to call restaurants and complain but this time I just felt I had to. One of our steaks were supposed to be cooked to medium and instead it was well done. Very well done. Thus it lost almost 3oz off the 8oz steak. This was the first time out of many visits a mistake happened. No big deal.

We had a party of 12 and our waitress did an excellent job on serving us. She brought us more drinks before we even got done with our first one. We ordered appetizers and they were delicious. The only complaint I have is the bbq chix that went with the steak combo was too rubbery. Not good at all. My son even said that, so it's just not my opinion.
We had a variety of foods that night so one bad .eat plate out of 12 is not so bad after all.
