I had an absolutely wonderful time at Thai Basil. I am relatively unfamiliar with Thai food in general and the staff was incredible at finding something I would enjoy. Jace was super friendly and gave excellent descriptions of the different dishes. I ended up just asking him to pick something for me that he thought I would like. He picked the massaman curry with beef and wow. It was absolutely delectable. I also tried my friends fried rice with chicken and it was perfect. The appetizers were also so yummy. Additionally, another employee named Alexander made sure our waters never got lower than half way empty and was very friendly. Overall, downright outstanding food and even better service from their incredible staff. I highly recommend this to anyone.

Very impressed! This was a quick stop for me on my way through town. I'm in Bozeman and other parts of Montana regularly on business but somehow had never eaten here before. Today I was on my way back through from Billings and just needed something quick to grab to eat for lunch. I got the cashew chicken Thai spicy level and it was absolutely delicious. The sear on the chicken was the bomb. The chicken and the vegetables were extremely fresh. Also the cashews had wonderful flavor which is highly unusual in a dish like this. It shouldn't be, but it is unusual. The portion was more than enough and I got the lunch size portion and I am a pretty big eater so that says a lot. Service was friendly and fast I will definitely make this a regular spot that I stop into when I'm in Bozeman on business.

Food wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t great. You have to pay extra for protein. Our waiter took a long time to ask if we wanted drinks but the food came out super fast. But it might have been too fast. None of the veggies were diced up and I can’t image anyone wanting pieces of vegetables that large. My noodle bowl at Montana State dining hall tastes better.

This is a great place with large portions. The red curry is delicious and very spicy. I have been happy with everything I've eaten! There is usually enough food left for a second meal! Comfortable atmosphere!

We have eaten here for a few years. Tonight the orange chicken was nothing like it has been in the past. It was like frozen chicken nuggets from grocery with sauce (not that flavorful.). We ordered Childs portion Thai drive rice and got plain pork and plain rice. The worst.

Food portion is quite big, can share for 2-3 people. We love the free salad bar! Its so good. The Fried Banana is so tender and sweet, just like what I ate back home.

this place used to be so delicious but they changed the recipes or something, the food now is very bland and not at all what it used to be. every item my boyfriend and i got was very flavorless. we got drunken noodles and pad see ew which used to be my favorites from thai basil for years. i had two bites of each and decided i’d rather get something else from somewhere different.

My friends and I were skiing in Big Sky and placed a Grubhub order of at least 100$. We realized it was the wrong location and immediately called the restaurant. The manager denied to cancel the order claiming that the food is already made, which is quite shocking because we had called only one minute after placing the order. This made us question whether or not the food is microwaved since it was “ready” so quickly.
The workers at this restaurant lacks sympathy toward their customers and is dismissive.
