I’ll start by saying this: the food has been outstanding 95% of the time, which is good enough for me. My issue is the service, particularly the casino. I have spent disgusting amounts of money at this casino and have a player account. But the amount of times I’ll come in and have to stand around waiting for 15-20 for the attendants to come into the room is crazy. And it happens ALL the time (obviously after sitting down too). It’s rare they’ll come get my drink order or greet me, I have to go find them. Getting your first drink in hand tends to take about 25-30 minutes from walking in, and one can gamble a lot of money in that time. If I’m coming into your casino to literally give my money away for free like an idiot, I expect solid service for all, not just the people that are “platinum” on the players club. This happens very consistently with multiple employees there. Sorry I’m ranting now.

Worst service in town.Edit for clarification:We came in yesterday for a meal. It was NOT busy. We stood at the hostess counter (no line) for around 5 or so minutes before someone came up to us and explained open seating or to wait for someone to sit us in the other section. We chose not to wait and sat in open seating due to already feeling a little ignored. We were brought menus by the busser and it took 15 minutes to even get a drink order in. It was unclear who our server was as no one introduced themselves as such. The huckleberry mule was disgusting, filled with a TON of huckleberry seeds! Wth?? It was gritty and disgusting. We had been ready to order even before the drink orders were taken but the waitress didn't ask if we were ready or give us time to tell her so before she walked away. After waiting for some time, we decided after the poor service and lack of attention that we no longer wanted to wait. We didn't have food or appetizer order in yet. Again, they weren't busy. Astonishing that 30 minutes in to sitting at a table we didn't have a food order taken. Servers spent time chatting and standing around except for one male server we saw working his butt off. Won't be back, which is really unfortunate.

The positive stance I'll take is the ambience (particularly the bar area is quite inviting). I've only been there a couple times, but the service has been quite nice.....no complaints (except I would have never even served the crumbs we received as calamari.....and I do mean it looked like they ran out and placed the burnt crumbs on a plate ( didn't even look like calamari). What I don't appreciate is when a bartender doesn't know how to make a drink and tries to pass off something else to replace the actual drink. If you don't know how to make an old fashion, martini, manhatten or any other drink, DON'T fake it, because SOME of us actually know what the drink is supposed to taste like. This place is hit or miss & careful of ordering any drinks that take any skill or knowledge to make!

server was not good & had to send back meal twice. manager ended up checking up on us & we expressed our disappointment overall, she was very kind & made things right.i have not been here in a year or two but i will mention their portioning was half the size from last time. i had a pic of the same meal i ordered 2 years ago & the portioning i got lastnight was basically what a child could eat. i was not full after my meal.** positive note- dragon tenders & shrimp wontons were great
I used to give this place 5 stars. The past few years it hasn't been as good. Still adequate, but nothing stellar anymore. Update: tried again after several years, still subpar.

We wont be coming back here again. Our waiter was very terrible at his job and he forgot my half of my wifes food. He never checked on us. Didnt apoligize for it. The food was okay not the greatest for what its priced. My wife asked for ketchup and mayo twice and still didnt get it. Until i piped up and asked for it. Boy did he go quick. Hiwever when i asked for a manager, she was very apoligetic and paid for our drinks. The waiter not so friendly. But the manager was very nice and very professional.
