Outstanding staff! I have stayed at the LARK several times now and every time the staff goes above and beyond what any other hotel has to offer. Each day we found ourselves "Hanging out" with the front desk and valet staff, talking and joking around, all while they gave excellent recommendations to local restaurants and shops within walking distance to visit. And none of the recommendations disappointed! Located in the heart of downtown, the location is second to none. Easily walk to dozens of fantastic restaurants and shops. Each morning the Valet had our vehicle ready well ahead of time. In the evenings we roasted smores at the outdoor fire and had hot coco. In the mornings the Treeline coffee in the lobby was delicious and the convenience of having a coffee shop located on the first floor of the second building made each morning a relaxing and fun start to the day by sitting on the couches and enjoying a delicious cup of coffee and a fresh baked good. They also offer complimentary light snacks in the morning with your coffee to start the day. The rooms are very clean and updated and the beds are very comfortable. I will only stay at the LARK when i visit Bozeman. It is truly much more than just a standard hotel.Rooms: The rooms are fantastic and clean. Each day the housekeeping staff did a fantastic job of cleaning up my messes so I came back to a spotless room. Comfy beds with all the amenities someone needs for a night on the road. They even have toiletries in the bathroom incase you forgot anything.Nearby activities: If you're here for skiing, the road to Bridger is right down the road and only 20 minutes away. Easily get there in a hurry. If you are looking to check out local dining and shops, there are dozens surrounding the facility. There really is no better place to stay in Bozeman for ease of access to dozens of unique shops and restaurants.Walkability: Everything you could need is within walking distance. Lots of incredible food options along with plenty of unique shops downtown to checkout are all within walking distance.Food & drinks: There are so many fantastic restaurants in the area that are easily walkable. Delicious coffee in the lobby and at Treeline (Located on the first floor of the West building). There is no better place to stay in Bozeman that is going to offer better access to the best restaurants in town.

Could not say enough nice things about this hotel, the staff and our experience here. They texted before we arrived to see if we needed any special accommodations and to see when we will be arriving and although that seems small, it meant a lot and it’s not done often. Waking up to views of the snow falling and being able to walk downstairs to the coffee shop was magic. And the coffee is delicious on top of it. ? The check in process was seamless and the different maps they have are fun to look at. Truly forever one (or my most) favorite hotel experience we have had to date.Rooms: Spacious. Cool art and decor. Awesome window viewNearby activities: Comedy club, bars, restaurantsSafety: Didn’t feel unsafe a single timeWalkability: Loved being able to walk to everywhere we wanted to go!Food & drinks: The coffee shop below the hotel had an amazing latteNoteworthy details: The complimentary coffee in the room, the velvet curtains and neon light in the suite.

The LARK is the sister property to the Wren in Missoula and I loved this property almost as much! The rooms are well designed and comfortable and the on-site coffee shop is a nice touch. Perfect for a longer stay exploring the region or just a simple overnight.

Jesse and Leslie were absolutely lovely upon booking and checkin. The bed was extremely comfortable and they are so pet friendly. I would have left 5 stars but we ended up having to cancel our breakfast plans because I text asking if we could check out a few minutes later than 11 am due to being stuck up the street with a long wait to get a breakfast table - but Goldie wouldn't budge. Thumbs down to Goldie. Thumbs up to everyone else.

Wow, what a super cool modern-vintage hotel in the heart of Bozeman! We arrived after a VERY LONG drive, and we were admittedly cranky and tired. The front desk staff were AMAZING. They were friendly and welcomed us with an upgraded room and great food/drink recommendations. There is a weird and unexpected valet/parking policy but honestly, we don't care about paying to park because you have to in most major cities. Our room was fabulous, with tons of room and cool features. The bed was like a cloud! We slept so hard and enjoyed our brief stay in Bozeman - we would stay again! 10/10!

What an incredibly friendly hotel. They kept in touch with me before check in and gave great recommendations for hiking and microbreweries. Super pet friendly: dog bowels, blankets, treats!! Fire pit at night was lovely. Fantastic location. For those who posted too expensive you get what you pay for!! Thanks to Lindsey for outstanding customer service during stay and Goldie for pre check in texts!!

Under-rated!! Not 3 stars at all.I travel a lot and this hotel is similar to the Aloft (NJ). Clean, roomy, comfortable, great staff, technologically modern. Large, modern bathroom and bedroom. Comfy bed and pillows. Large shower. Great Malin & Goetz soaps/shampoos. Valet parking. Comfy bathrobes, many outlets. Free coffee/water/tea/sparkling water. I can recommend.

The girl at the desk wasn't friendly, too busy being cool I guess. If I hadn't read the little notice on the desk in the room I wouldn't have known about the free water and snacks. I wish I had read that earlier on in my trip, or that the girl told me about it when I checked in. The room was clean, but the A/C didn't work very well; you had to adjust it cooler than you wanted in order to get cool air. The location is great but the parking options are terrible. There are two ADA parking spots onsite, so if you need one hopefully one is available.

Excellent customer service. It's a little bit more expensive than what you will find for outskirts of the location is fantastic and service was impeccable. Note they offer valet but I was able to easily find street parking just behind hotel once you get across the one of the

Rooms are comfy but a little small if you’re used to bigger chain/corp hotels. Beyond that, this is an great place. Location is perfect for walking into downtown. The staff were delightful. They have snacks out at all times, coffee & tea for breakfast, and lots of refreshments. Also, the soaps they have smell great!

Room is ok but nothing special for the price. Location is phenomenal but that causes parking problem causing you to have to valet. Front desk Staff seems uncaring and we’re not helpful at all . Wouldn’t stay there again.

Despite reservation and room request booked 8 months prior and reconfirmed month, week, day prior and day of arrival we ended up in a different room. We were told the room requested would be available on third and forth night. After we transferred rooms on morning of third night was ten told we could only stay in room one night. After complaint was allowed to remain in room. The girl that was new with the long hair appeared to be the problem. She seemed to misunderstand and miscommunicate. Her lack of knowledge and costumer service skills reflected poorly on hotel.
