We haven’t been to Nova in years but we absolutely LOVED it! The service is friendly and efficient and the food is fantastic. Recommend the huevos rancheros and eggs Benedict, you can get a side of home fries with their homemade sausage gravy too. Love love love!

Professional, attentive and authentic. Nova is very lucky to have him, but he might not be there long! He’s got a bring future ahead of him. Wish I could eat here every day! Love the breakfast and the people here! Always such good food and service. The breakfast burrito and the pancakes are always my go to. Be sure and get a fruit bowl too! Everything is always so fresh and very generous portions. Highly recommend!
Hands down love this place. As a born and raised Bozeman kid, the Nova holds a special place in my heart. Molly, Michael and the whole crew are fantastic. Eggs Benedict was absolutely delicious and the portions are very generous. I have always had a great experience here. :)

My server Micheal is as good as they come, gave me 10/10 service. Cracking jokes, taking all of my modifications with a smile and never letting my drinks run out. I’ve never left a review before so know that this guy went above and beyond. If you end up here for a coffee date or just some delicious breakfast I highly recommend requesting him. He’s the one with pretty eyes and a beard.

Every Sunday I like to take myself out to eat for one meal. This past Sunday I chose to go to Nova as I've only done takeout from there. I was originally going to give the atmosphere rating a 3 or 4, but you can't blame a business for poor company. You can, however, blame a business for hiring all the right folks! The gentleman who waited on me was a gem, and I do feel bad for seeing he was also wanting the table with a bad attitude. (I hope I compensated for them as well as my tip!) I'm sorry you had to deal with insufferable people that made their problems your problem.
The food is better in house than it is to-go. It's also refreshing to see a place offering proper maple syrup. (My waffles are bougie and demand the good stuff). Was nice to actually melt my butter over the Belgian waffle rather than stuff it in the little pockets as I have to do with my take outs.
The service, as I stated was great. Not quite top notch, but this isn't fine dining. I want this man to be my server everywhere. He had me laughing, took care of my clumsiness of knocking over my juice and brought a new one, no charge, and knew I just wanted to be with myself at the same time. Thanks, Michael!
And thank you, Nova. Next time I'm in, I'll have to get the B&G, I just didn't want the waffle to think it wasn't my favorite anymore.
