Friendly service, unfortunately i did not like the taste of my eggs (rancheros)....which i love!

Nova is a vibrant breakfast and lunch spot that immediately draws you in with its colorful ambiance and walls adorned with art from talented local artists. The atmosphere had an energetic yet welcoming vibe, with a nice mix of locals and visitors like myself. The Nova Café is hit or miss for me. When it’s good, it’s really good — but when it’s not, it falls flat. The pancakes are a generous portion, but I’ve had them come out cold multiple times. The coffee is solid, but the service can be inconsistent and sometimes feels a bit disengaged.

I’ve tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and revisit every so often, but I keep getting mixed results. Personally, it’s a skip for me, though I’m sure...
