Excellent quality / products!
Such a cute little French cafe! If flaky, buttery croissants are your jam, get there stat! I had the kouign Aman and the quiche Lorraine and both were divine! 😍 Sipped alongside a lavender latte, and it was the makings of a very special morning indeed. 🥐 🥐☕ Would absolutely return and would return every day if I lived closer.
I was in Paris last week and the pain au choc from Vienne tastes the same, if not better, than the bakeries there. It was perfectly flakey, soft, with just enough butter and chocolate 🥹❤️ Definitely will have to return next time I am in Bozeman.
I always wish I went to this place more often. It's never let me down.
Great place for quality time, forgot about closing at 9, and was not kicked or made uncomfortable, service was very good and patient.
Vienne in Bozeman, MT, is a charming slice of France that brings authentic French-inspired cuisine to the heart of downtown. Walking in, you’re greeted by a bright, classy ambiance with fresh flowers and large windows showcasing bakers crafting pastries, evoking a true Parisian boulangerie. The staff is warm, attentive, and eager to share their passion for French fare, making every visit feel special.
Pain au chocolat 10/10 loved it!
Got directed by Google to this bakery. Wow, great pastries. Awesome coffee and the staff were great. They really took to our Aussie Accents.. 😁
Totally disgusted!!! While we were dining at the bar, we were curiously watching the gals in the kitchen working on recipes and preparing pastry items. And it just so happened while we were watching, one of the ladies rubbed her nose TWICE, and did not wash her hands, and continued to work on the food items. Nor was she wearing gloves. So I spoke to the cashier, and she went back to speak to the manager/owner, and to my surprise, that was who rubbed her nose without washing her hands. She came out with a snobby attitude and came to me "so I hear you have a question". No, I have a huge issue. My family visibly saw you rub your nose, and not wash, nor are you even wearing gloves, as mandated by the health department. Her pathetic excuse: "Well I am very aware of what I do, and I used the back of my hand to rub my nose(which was a lie as we saw her use her thumb and index finger), and as far as not wearing gloves, it creates a false sense of cleanliness. I actually prefer my staff to not wear them" Health department regulations doesn't care about your preference. Clearly she doesnt have any sense of cleanliness, and the fact she didn't even try to apologize, or even offer a discount/refund on our $70 ticket. Like, what??? How was this place nominated for a James Beard??? She had this entitled attitude and like what she did wasn't even a big deal. She handled it very poorly and had a pissy tone towards me when I brought up a serious issue. No resolution, no apology. All I got was a half-assed "I'm sorry to hear that" when I informed her we would never return. Will never be coming back, and will be telling everybody I know to never come here.
The absolute best almond chocolate croissants in town. Everything has been delicious. I love that they've extended their hours! Also, their customer service is excellent. Highly recommend.

Beautiful shop overall. We stopped here on a trip through Bozeman on our way to the Museum of the Rockies. The prices are normal for this kind of café in my experience of visiting places like this all around the US and Asia. The European drinking chocolate stole the show as it was the most authentic kind I’ve had in the US. Because of its richness, I think I would’ve preferred a smaller size since 8 ounces was still pretty big for something that rich. But it is also probably hard to find cups smaller than that that are not 2 ounce espresso cups. We had a few varieties of croissants and macarons as well as some coffee drinks. The coffee needed work. I’m not sure if they were just having a hard time with their espresso machine or what. My husband had an Americano and I had a latte. I would try it again next time I am going through Bozeman.

Wine selection was very nice. Charcuterie boards had some very interesting cheeses that I would never think to buy myself but were delicious.
