Pros: Hot, authentic food. Reasonable prices for Bozeman. Bibimbap was a great amount of food. Flavor was good and a lot of variety with sauces and garnishes.Cons: Korean BBQ short ribs didn’t have a lot of meat and a lot of bone. Smaller dining room.Overall great experience and recommend for some tasty flavors.

Long wait times (1-1.5 hours). They should at the very least use automated text message notifications when table is ready instead of making you wait in the cramped hallway with everyone else. They were also slowly running out of the food while we were waiting. I will order take out next time I am in town.

UPDATE: such amazing food at this place! I can't say enough about them. Keep up the good work and keep serving that delicious Korean fare. ?This go around we ordered bulgogi bibimbap and spicy pork bibimbap in a stone bowl. Let me just say that if you want a meal that comes hot and fresh out of the fryer to your table and stays that way until you finish every last morsel, then have it served in a stone bowl. My meal was piping hot the entire time I was eating it. We also had the Street donut which was a delicious tasting adventure. And, as always, we had the delicious barley tea. ❤️2/2018: Just pulled into town for a few days of ice climbing and this little joint shows up on the Yelp. It gets great reviews and we are hungry.Right on the corner of Wilson nestled in an office building. The dining room was up to date, clean and tidy. The bathrooms were nice and pleasant as well.We were treated to some fermented cucumbers to start and then ordered the Japshe (sweet potato noodles) with chicken, kimchi, fried tofu, bibimbap with spicy pork, as well as barley tea.The wait staff was attentive, the food prepared timely and was sooo... delicious! So spicy it made my nose run! Love it!!

Best restaurant in town for Korean cuisine. The owners are absolutely amazing humans. The food is so fresh and Emma makes the best desserts. I hope all travelers and Bozeman locals stop in for an incredible experience.

Cool space, but food is just ok. Everything just tastes like varing concentrations of gojujang. Not very authethic. Did appreciate the free pickles. Over all though, would recommend I-hos over here.

I always make it a point to stop here when I’m in town! My go-to order is their vegan kimbap and vegetarian high protein bibimbap. I would recommend adding the gourmet mushrooms! ??

Best Korean BBQ in Bozeman! Wasn't expecting much variety when it came to East Asian cuisine when I first came to Bozeman but Whistle Pig and a couple other restaurants really surprised me! 10/10

Good food and an upstanding staff. I visited this restaurant with my family coming from Chicago looking for a cozy restaurant to visit while passing through Bozeman, MT. After dining I forgot my shoulder bag with many valuables and family heirlooms. My wife wrote an email at 6am, they responded back within a few hours to pick up my bag in the morning. Everything was untouched. I will share high praises of this restaurant when I get back home to Chicago.I ordered the Japchae as a starter which is sweet potato noodles and added beef, BEST THING I EVER ATE! I also ordered the dumplings, kimchi Bimbimbap, the short ribs, and a stew everything we ate was outstanding and I highly recommend!!! My wife bought to-go fresh baked matcha cherry white chocolate cookies which was a nice option after a long day of exploring Bozeman.
